About: Hi I’m Aaron, I have cared for the pets of my family and friends since I was 16 years old and have volunteered at many rescues and shelters over the years. I currently volunteer at the humane society of silicon valley and a non-profit farm. About: I've had three dogs in my life. I have some training experience with them and have cared for many of my friends' and acquaintances' pets. About: Growing up, I used to always come home with stray dogs and insisted we must keep them since they didn’t have a home. I have loved cats and dogs all my life, I would volunteer myself to walk all the animals in my family when I’d go over. About 4 years ago I started feeding stray cats around my old neighborhood, the colony was huge but I felt the need to help them. The more I fed them and gained their trust the more I felt the need to help. I found a woman on IG and asked her if she could help me fix them all and find them homes. She was able to trap and fix them, there was around 96 cats total & we were able to successfully rehome 30 of them! One of them owned me and I couldn’t see him go so I kept Spot. I love cats and dogs and find them to be what every human needs in their life. I enjoy being home and I love going on walks as a form of self care. Pet care fits perfectly in my weekly routine because my main focus is to finish school at this time. I wouldn’t mind the company! I attend to their needs as I come across them and follow their own schedules on a timely manner. I ensure that I provide them with clean water and food daily while also giving them the proper exercise and attention on the basis of their schedule. Please note I only crate them when requested by owner and if it’s provided. I’m currently studying and doing Rover full time, which allows me to offer flexible care for your pet. This was our first time using Claire and she was great! We left a bunch of instructions for her and she took the time to read through them and from what we could tell, Momo had an awesome time with her :) It was very hot during this time and she made sure Momo had fresh water and had her normal potty times/walks but didn't overdue it. Claire sent us a bunch of cute photos everyday and that gave us an ease of mind to know that Momo was happy and wasn't missing us as much. Claire is also the dog photo whisperer because Momo usually hates photos and will turn her head away, but not with Claire! She was also very communicative of any issues that came up such as Momo's chaffing due to her harness. Since Claire house sat for us, when we got back the place was clean just as we left it and she was also on the look out for my package so I really appreciated that. Thank you so much Claire for taking good care of Momo and our place :)

I was so happy the entire time knowing that my dog was having so much fun back home. We’ve used Yumi as our dog/house sitter before. She does a wonderful job with our Jasper. He really likes her! Highly recommend. Yumi has sent us pictures, videos, and comments everyday. We could tell with all the communications of how content and happy Jasper was. It assured us that he was doing just fine. We had an ongoing battery model, Yumi was very accommodating which was a great relief to us. Also, our router went on a brink, we tried to get it working unfortunately it didn't and she was very gracious about the situation. Our house was very tidy when we got back. Highly recommend.

Katie went above and beyond after our first house sitting experience with her this past week! She provided daily updates with plenty of photos of our dog, Ritz, while we were away which was so amazing and much appreciated as we didn’t need to worry about how their days were going together! Our dog is reactive and hesitant to strangers so leaving him this trip was a big step for us, but as his first day with Katie went by, he really warmed up to her and became comfortable which gave us a big relief as well! Katie and her boyfriend Preston are patient, caring and understanding!
