Tianyu was very attentive to our cats' well-being. One of our cats fell ill before we left on vacation and she kept a close eye on her condition. She was extremely kind and reassuring, communicative before, during, and after her visit, and treated our dog like her own. Kristine did a great job with our GoldenDoodle and a friend's puppy. She showed up early, and did a great job in watching both dogs. One was pretty active and required a lot of attention as it was "play time". Kristine kept us informed throughout the evening with pictures of the pups and reassured us that all was well.
