About: I’ve been caring for friends’ dogs and my own puppy, Kero, for over 5 years. Our pup was the runt of her litter and needed special human care in her first month, which led to a deep bond with people. When we adopted her, she had severe separation anxiety — she couldn’t be alone for more than 30 seconds, even if we were just on another floor. Through months of consistent training and patience, my husband and I helped her build confidence, and now she can relax alone for over 4 hours. This experience gave me a much deeper understanding of canine behavior, especially anxiety, and has made me a very attentive and empathetic caregiver. Because Kero lives in our home, I currently accept poodle mixes and other non-shedding dogs to keep the environment comfortable for everyone. For boarding, I also ask that dogs are comfortable being alone for reasonable periods and do not have active separation anxiety, so we can maintain a calm and stable environment for all pups in the home. We have a small fenced playground in our neighborhood where friendly pups gather daily—it’s a tight-knit community, and the dogs all get along great. Plus, we’re just a short walk from a city park for even more outdoor fun and sniffing adventures! Here’s what a typical day looks like: • Morning walk (10–20 minutes) to start the day • Breakfast after the walk • Play and rest throughout the morning and early afternoon • Snack time around 3 PM • Short walk around 5 PM after work • Long evening walk (40–60 minutes) around 8 PM to avoid the summer heat • Dinner between 9:00–9:30 PM, depending on how active the evening walk was • Wind down and get ready for bed around midnight Your pup will be part of a loving, active daily routine with lots of play, social time, and care! I currently work from home, so your pup will have plenty of company and won’t be left alone. Walks are available after 5 PM on weekdays. For boarding, dogs should also be comfortable being alone for reasonable periods and not have active separation anxiety, so we can keep a stable environment for everyone in the home. We have dog gates on every floor for safety and joint protection. My energetic 1-year-old pup, Kero, will happily keep your fur baby company all time

She communicates effectively when she has issues or maybe will be delayed, and most importantly Milo liked her right away! I was able to completely relax knowing that my cat was being cared for while I was traveling.

Been lucky enough to have Karina take care of QT my cat twice now and both times, she’s been very responsive, responsible, always sent a ton of photos, and paid attention to small things I’ve asked like watching he doesn’t knock over his water or food, giving him furball gel, or cleaning the gunk from his eye. She does an excellent job of the basics of cleaning his litter box and refilling his water too!!! Karina is also very transparent and lets me know when things happen like him throwing up. Both times I’ve returned to find QT behaving very relaxed and happy. The best is that she goes above and beyond and does many extra things like taking the time to give him wet food, brush him, cuddle with him. So happy to have her, I’m able to feel assured he’s taken cared of and doesn’t get too crazy/stressed being by himself (as a Maine coon cat he is very dog like).
Stephanie has been great while checking on our cat! We like that she leaves very detailed report cards with photos; is very flexible and doesn't hesitate to ask if she has any questions! We appreciate Stephanie and her attention to detail and look forward to having her care for our cat again!
Hejie ‘Kristen’, continues to be an absolute blessing! Kato’s love for playing with Kristen is undeniable. Kristen is incredibly attentive to every little detail and possesses an impressive understanding of dog behaviors. What stands out the most is her genuine care for Kato’s overall health and well-being. She is even great at cleaning Kato's ears! Every time she visits, Kristen demonstrates nothing but pure love and compassion for Kato. We are so lucky to have her.
Chloe is flexible, accommodating and very professional! We just moved to the area and were nervous to find a new pet sitter, but she made us feel so comfortable. We have a blind dog, and Chloe was confident in navigating it. She even made a point to research another medical condition that my dog has! Another plus is that our dog and cat usually aren't very social with strangers, but they both warmed up to her pretty easily!
Haotian took care of my cat and rabbit while I was away, and I felt very reassured the whole time. She paid extra attention to my cat’s routine and personality. My cat can be a little picky and not friendly with everyone, but she was very patient and gentle, and my cat warmed up to her quickly. She followed all my instructions carefully, kept everything clean, and made sure my cat was eating well and feeling comfortable. She also sent me regular updates and photos, which helped me relax during my trip. I would definitely ask her to help again.
