We had a wonderful experience with our Rover sitter! This was a 21-day reservation with daily visits to care for our two cats, so having someone reliable, attentive, and responsible was especially important to us. She followed all of our instructions carefully and clearly, and we felt very comfortable knowing our two cats were being well cared for throughout the entire three weeks. What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond. There was quite a bit of litter scattered around the house, and instead of simply leaving it as-is, she took the extra time to clean it up. She also cleaned up cat vomit multiple times when it happened, which was absolutely beyond what we expected. We truly appreciate all the extra effort, care, and attention she gave our cats during the entire stay. We would absolutely recommend them to other pet parents and would be very happy to have them take care of our cats again!

We absolutely love Saida! She takes great care of our 3 cats (granted, ours are pretty easy) and her affection for them is plain to see. She spends the full 30 minutes each visit, and they look content when we return. This was our 2nd time with Saida, and I'm looking forward to a 3rd!
Vanessa is amazing. She took wonderful care of our puppy Lumi who isn’t an easy charge. Lumi has epilepsy and requires medications given 4 times a day, plus a rescue protocol to follow in case of a seizure. Vanessa was extremely responsible about the timely meds administration, didn’t panic in any way when Lumi had a seizure, and calmly followed the rescue protocol. And further - Vanessa kept us closely informed throughout with frequent pictures and videos so we were never worried. Vanessa is clearly a dog person - she “gets” our crazy pup and loves her through all her craziness and gives her tons of cuddles and pets and outings and treats and in general keeps her super happy. She has house+pet sat for us when we’ve traveled, and also taken care of Lumi for shorter stints - and we feel really lucky to have her help. I’m so happy to have found Vanessa!
