When our cat unexpectedly got sick, Kenzie was incredibly accommodating and offered to check on her even on days she wasn’t originally scheduled to come by. She also let us know she was willing to take her to the vet if needed, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. We really appreciated how caring, reliable, and communicative she was, and we would absolutely book her again!
We had a wonderful experience with Xiao! She's very responsible. Before her visit, she set up a video call with us to understand our needs. During the visit, she sent us several photos of our cats while she played with them, and she patiently helped us set up our automatic litter box.
