About: I’m an experienced dog sitter who just relocated from San Francisco. I regularly watched a dog 3 times a week and can take up to 2 dogs at once. I've helped take care of my parents dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and I take her to the beach, for walks, to play at the dog park, and bathe her regularly. I work until 3pm so I have plenty of time in the afternoon to take pups out for walks. I love meeting new dogs and am used to high energy dogs. I am very comfortable around dogs and want your dog to be happy. I am very clean and want to be considerate of your space.

About: I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up, my family had two dogs and two cats, and today I'm a proud cat mom to two wonderful kitties. Having spent so much of my life caring for pets, I've learned that every animal has its own unique personality, preferences, and needs. I understand how to make cats feel comfortable, whether they're playful and affectionate or shy and independent. As a pet parent myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members. I'm happy to help with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and plenty of cuddles (if your cat enjoys them!). I'll treat your pets like my own and send regular photo updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to easily fit pet care into my daily routine. I'm available for drop-in visits on both weekdays and weekends, and I'm happy to accommodate your cat's feeding schedule and specific needs. As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands. I'll always respect your cat's routine, personality, and personal space. I'll make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention. I'm also happy to send photos and updates during every visit so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have been dog sitting since I was in high school for friends and families dogs. I have two dogs of my own - a pit bull and yellow lab. I have been working on TrustedHouse Sitters for a while now and decided to try Rover out! I am an active, social person that loves to take dogs on walks, play with animals, and give them all the cuddles they want. I am currently a Nuclear Medicine student that mostly spends afternoons and evenings at home studying, so having a companion would be amazing! I thrive off of helping people out and being around both animals and humans! I am at clinicals for 8 hours a day, so I like to look for places nearby Stanford hospital. I wake up at around 5-6am, get ready and take the dogs for a walk, feed them and give them attention before being at the hospital from 8am-4pm. After clinicals, I make sure to walk the dogs first thing when I get back, and play with them whether that be fetch, pets, cuddles, etc. I love my long walks so if you are looking for a dog walker, I'm there! I always to make sure when I get home from clinicals, to walk the dogs and give them all of the attention they need! I keep homes tidy and respect people's space. I understand what it could be like to let someone in your home, and I will do my best to make you feel comfortable with both your home and pets. I am gone during the day for clinicals and spend most nights inside with the animals.

About: I love dogs of all breeds and sizes! I had a yellow lab growing up and have rescued 3x dogs since. I will be in the area for a few years of grad school and would love to care for your dogs! Same day bookings accepted! I’m flexible on timing and only have a class schedule to contend with, so I am typically free most mornings and evenings. I am comfortable around all types of dogs. I can run with or extensively play with your high energy dog, if requested! For the more senior, sleepy, and smaller dogs, I give great pets!

About: We’re an engaged couple looking for more time with pets! We’d love to give your pet extra care, companionship, and affection while you’re away or taking some time for yourself. We only care for one pet (or one family) at a time so your pet can get plenty of attention with us. As a couple, your pet gets double the care and companionship at no extra cost! We especially enjoy boarding pets in our home. We don’t have pets or children of our own. Our private fenced backyard allows for plenty of space to play. We go on 1–2 walks a day and would love to have your pet join us! We can’t wait to meet your furry family member and give them a home-away-from-home! 🐾🥰 One of our favorite things to do is go on walks together. We always joke and say we’re meant to have a pet, so we decided to do Rover! We have no pets or kids in our house and we plan to take care of one pet/family at a time so we can give them our full attention and make sure they are as comfortable as can be. We also have a private fenced backyard.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. I have years of professional pet care experience, including completing more than 400 dog walks, and I’ve cared for dogs of all different ages, sizes, breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I’m also a yoga and Pilates instructor, so staying active is a big part of my everyday life. I’m happy to take an energetic pup on a long, active walk, but I’m just as comfortable slowing things down for a senior dog or a pup who prefers to stop and sniff every few feet! About: Other then caring for my two family dogs i worked at adogo pet hotels for about a year! Also helping with cousins and other friends dogs! Would be caring around my regular work schedule. when i am home my pets are my number 1 priority always. they come first for sure at my home i let them out the front and keep them on the leashes or let them out in the fenced in back yard! will do whatever is best for the client

About: I grew up with the sweetest Shih Tzu in the world named Dak (a small computer chip). And I think my style of pet care came from taking care of him. I was attentive and gave him lots of love. He loved driving in the car with me, actually :) I have been pet sitting for friends and on other platforms for over 5 years in their homes. And I took care of a neighbor's bird way back in high school. For the most part I have specialized in cats and small to medium dogs. I also have a calm spirit that many animals are drawn to. So we can chill together for a long time. In addition, I'm responsible and respectful, caring and considerate not only for pets but also for owner's homes. I am able to communicate well and clearly and can problem solve to resolve any situation which might arise. In short, I have the know-how to be able to feed, entertain, clean up after, and love cats and dogs and their living spaces. And I can communicate well to their parents to keep them safe and happy while mom and dads are away. I currently work part-time teaching English online. I also am writing my doctoral dissertation. This means I am home a lot and very happy to spend lots of time with pets, even at my desk with me or curled up on the sofa. I strictly watch pets in their own homes. Firstly, because I am missionary and I've been staying temporarily in my parents house in North Carolina and now here with my brother in Palo Alto. Secondly, because I think pets are much happier if they can stay in their own homes and in familiar surroundings.

About: I am a big animal loving person and I like to spend time outside and I would love to take your pets on walks to help them release energy and spend time with them! I am a soccer player for a college and I am also a college student. It is hard to find ways to make more money but when I heard about this I thought it was perfect because I love animals and what better way to make money if you love to spend time with animals! I care for the pets the way that the owner will want me to, every owner is different so I want to keep that consistent to not confused the pets. On the other hand, my own pets are very spoiled and loved. They are trained but they know they are very spoiled and are treated very good. They are living their best life!

About: I've cared for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs with special needs. One of my most memorable experiences was spending 3 weeks looking after three very different dogs at once: two senior dogs, one of whom was both blind and deaf, and a massive, playful Bernedoodle puppy! Talk about jumping in at the deep end... that was my very first dog-sitting experience! I'm always up for long walks or runs with dogs who enjoy them, and I love teaching new tricks (with their owner's okay, of course!). I can even communicate in Russian or American Sign Language if your dog happens to know either! Let’s make sure your furry friends get the best care and have a blast while you’re away! Since I work from home, I’m super flexible and can accommodate your pet's needs and schedule. I’m available between 10am and 8pm, so let’s chat about what works best for you and your furry friend! In the client's home, I start by chatting with the owner to learn about their pet's needs and routine. Then, I keep them comfortable and happy with plenty of playtime, exercise, and love while keeping the owner updated.

About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs through both volunteer fostering and dog sitting for friends and family. I fostered 16 dogs total through Coppers Dream Rescue, gaining experience with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and individual care needs. I’ve also volunteered as a dog walker with Best Friends Animal Society and Westside German Shepherd Rescue. As a result, I’ve developed a patient, attentive, and responsible approach to dog care. My goal is to ensure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re in my care. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate dog care needs throughout the day. I can work with pet parents to find a schedule that fits their routine. I prefer to walk dogs in quiet, low-traffic neighborhood routes. Safety is my highest priority, and I want to ensure a dog feels secure in whatever environment they are in.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up my family always had dogs and I was trusted at a young age to feed, walk, and otherwise care for them (which included administering medication to dogs who were not always the most cooperative). I have also been riding horses competitively for over 20 years and was a member of the University of Georgia Division I Equestrian Team. Although I was surrounded by horses during my time in college, I desperately missed my family dogs and as a result started house and pet sitting for people in the Athens area. My junior year my roommate got a dog and I frequently chipped in to help with his care when she was out of town or had a particularly hectic schedule. After college I attended law school in Washington, DC where I continued to house and pet sit for my friends, other residents in my apartment building, and others in the community. I graduated from law school in May 2025 and have since moved back to the Bay Area (I grew up in Menlo Park) as I am in between professional opportunities. I have found that I have some extra time on my hands and so I thought I would get back to house and pet sitting, this time specifically through Rover. In the past I have always gotten clients through word of mouth, which is why my extensive experience is not necessarily reflected on my Rover profile. At this time I am house and pet sitting on a part time basis, but I have a lot of flexibility as most of my other daily commitments can be easily fulfilled from any location; this means that if you have a pet that prefers constant company I can easily work from your home so your pet can get everything they need. I feel comfortable administering medications and am used to feeding animals with more complicated diets/food regimes. I have experience caring for animals of all ages. I am responsible, trustworthy, communicative, detail oriented, and most importantly love animals, which means that you can be worry free while your pet is in my hands. I am also very neat and conscientious, so if I am staying at your home I will take very good care of your space and your plants (if necessary). At the moment I am house and pet sitting part time, but my schedule is quite flexible so I have quite a lot of availability. I can drop in for walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, cat litter cleanings, etc basically every day of the week any time before 7:00 pm. My one schedule restriction is a weekly appointment on Wednesdays from 3:00 - 4:00. I update my availability often and will make sure that any other schedule restrictions that come up are reflected on there for your convenience. When it comes to house and pet sitting that involves me staying at your home, I am available for that any day of the week. I can complete most of my other professional commitments (Monday - Friday) remotely from your home, so your pet would not have to be alone all day while I went to work. I am unfortunately not able to bring your pet to my home at this time, so all care would occur at (or around in the case of walking) your home. I will follow whatever instructions you provide regarding the care of your pet. I feel comfortable administering medication, managing complicated diets, and dealing with picky eaters (my dog is a very picky eater and I have learned a lot of tactics that work well for him and other dogs I have cared for). If your pet uses any sort of automatic feeder, litter box, etc I am a fast learner and feel confident that I would be able to work with most devices of this sort. I likely would generally walk your pet around your neighborhood, but if time permits and that is something you would like/feel comfortable with I am happy to take your pet to a local dog park, park, hike, etc. My dog loves playing with frisbees and balls, so if that is something your pet enjoys I would be more than happy to do that as well.
