Tillana really went above and beyond, spending time bonding with our cats, and was able to give Luna medicine with no problem! Both of our kitties started to get cuddly within just a couple of visits! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and we will definitely come back to Tillana next time we are away. About: I'm an experienced dog owner with over 15 years of dog care experience. I have three dogs of my own and fostered 36 dogs throughout my childhood, giving me familiarity with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs. While I've been away at college, I've really missed spending time with my dogs and would love the opportunity to walk and care for yours! I am very available this summer for either regularly scheduled or one-off visits. I will be in the area and able to take care of your pets until late September. I’ve also helped walked, trained, dog-sit, and administer medication to the dogs from members of my community for a large part of my life! Tillana did an excellent job looking after our cat Zoe while we were out of town! She went above and beyond our expectations for her! She didn’t have to help us out but she chose to step in and look after Zoe when we only gave her two days advance notice! We will be sure to reach out to her the next time we are out of town!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
