About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life. I am well-versed in walking large and stubborn dogs such as Newfoundlands and Great Pyrenees. I have been a parent to Wells, a very high-energy Vizsla, for 5 years now. We did all our training ourselves and successfully trained a great loose-leash walker. I am eager to help other dogs learn this skill as well! I am working locums, so I am gone for 4 days twice a month and otherwise home and available the rest of the month. Open for walks and visits all day! If your dog is open to a play date, I have a very friendly, high-energy dog that would love to get his zoomies out with your pup. Open to going for long walks or nearby fenced-in dog parks.

About: Animals have always been my jam. One of my favorite quotes is, "Dogs are angels sent down by god to teach us how to unconditionally love". When I'm surrounded by animals I feel at peace and because of that they feel content and loved. I've always had connections with animals on a very deep level. I feel they have so much to teach us and that earning an animals trust is one of life's most highest honors. With all my friends and family I've always been "chosen" by their cats and have been their dogs favorite person outside the family. I have a gift with animals that has allowed me the privilege to take care of and connect with many throughout the years. I do most of my work at home online and I'm a homebody so my pet care is part of my normal daily routine. I want them to feel that they're never alone. I feed, walk, play games cuddle and treat them as my own.If they need medicine, I can help with that as well. The hardest part of doing a service like this is when I leave them I miss them dearly until next time I see them.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, and truly nothing makes me happier than time spent playing and cuddling with one. I recently moved to Palo Alto from New York City and live on Stanford’s campus while my boyfriend gets his MBA. I have a a relatively flexible schedule. I love walking, so your pup will get plenty of long strolls rather than a quick trip around the block. There’s a huge lawn right next to my apartment for fetch and zoomies, and a dog park nearby (on campus) for dogs who like to socialize. After all that, I’m always up for couch cuddles. I’ll treat your dog like my own and send plenty of photos and updates, so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. I’d love to meet you both! I work from home on East Coast hours, Monday through Friday, so my workday wraps up early and I’m usually free from around 3pm onward on weekdays. That leaves my afternoons and evenings open for walks, playtime and cuddles. On weekends I’m generally available when I’m in town and can be flexible depending on plans for the weekend. I keep my calendar up to date, so if a date shows as open, I’m happy to help! I live in an apartment on Stanford’s campus with a huge lawn right next door and a dog park nearby, so there’s plenty of space for exercise and play. I keep dogs on a leash on walks, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s routine for feeding, walks and bedtime so they feel at home. Because I work from home, I’m around during the day. I’ll send photos and updates so you always know how your pup is doing, and I’m always glad to do a meet and greet first.

About: Other then caring for my two family dogs i worked at adogo pet hotels for about a year! Also helping with cousins and other friends dogs! Would be caring around my regular work schedule. when i am home my pets are my number 1 priority always. they come first for sure at my home i let them out the front and keep them on the leashes or let them out in the fenced in back yard! will do whatever is best for the client

About: I’ve shared life with animals for 23 years—starting with my cat Chiquita (14 wonderful years), a rescued lab-beagle Hooke, and two rambunctious pups: Tiger (adopted 4 years ago) and Lou (3 years ago). Tiger lives confidently with epilepsy, so I’m well-versed in seizure monitoring, timed oral meds, and sub-cutaneous injections when needed. Right now my own dogs are staying abroad, so caring for your pets fills that furry void. With this hands-on medical experience, I’m equally comfortable looking after seniors, puppies, and other special-needs companions. Your dog receives one-family-at-a-time attention, calm positive-reinforcement handling, and daily photo updates. Standard neighborhood walks and yard play are included; beach days, trail hikes, or extended runs can be arranged for an additional fee to cover travel and time. I work locally but not on a strict 9-to-5 clock, so pets start their day with a 7 AM walk and breakfast, get a mid-day potty break (between 12-2 PM), and enjoy a long evening adventure after 5 PM. Weekends are wide open for beach runs, parks, or lazy couch snuggles. Boarding stays include one family movie night—dogs pick the film!—and lights-out around 10 PM. I never book more animals than I can give individual attention. Your pet’s wellbeing is my top priority. I host one family at a time in a clean, smoke-free house with a fully fenced yard, so dogs (and adventurous cats!) can sniff around outdoors under my watch whenever the weather’s nice. Inside, open space, and plants are pet-safe. For outings, I’m fully kitted out—seat-belt harnesses, water packs, etc. I ask for current vaccines before booking to keep everyone healthy. About: I recently lost my nearly 9-year-old German Shepherd who I raised since he was 8 weeks old. I loved him so much and am happy I was able to give him a great life. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, and hamsters, so naturally I love animals! (They tend to like me too.) I am comfortable with any size dog, both large and small, and can administer pet medications or help with any dietary needs. I am lucky enough to be able to work primarily from home, which allows me time to prepare meals and exercise my dog every day. Taking care of pets is part of my everyday life. I live in a townhome near several parks, and my community has a dedicated pet relief area. I generally don't crate my dog unless he chooses to go in it on his own. I of course have no problem crating your dog or following any instructions you provide.

As a kid I used to sneak my dog Jack into my room at night after my parents went to bed cause at that time dogs weren’t allowed in the house. I loved the warmth and cuddles and still do. I have been pet sitting for friends and family and truly enjoy having them. Interacting with all the different personalities. At my former employer that I worked at for more than 18 years, my boss always had a dog, So I had a dog M-F. I would help with their training as well especially since office dogs have to be well behaved and trained. I currently have a small 4 year old dog named Charlie. Charlie gets along well with other dogs. I have experience with senior and special needs dogs. I have experience in training dogs as well as helping anxious dogs settle in and build confidence. My schedule is flexible. I am available 7 days a week for walking, daycare, boarding, at home check-ins, vet and grooming visits. Emergency last minute care available as well as life happens and someone has to watch “Rover :-) I am home all day. *Because demand is high on weekends, weekend stays that are less than 3 days in duration (Fri-Sun) will include a weekend surcharge of $40.00 (plus rover fees). Weekend daycare rates will also include a weekend surcharge. I provide a fun vacation experience for your fur baby. Whether your dog prefers to lounge on the couch, sun-bathe, chase balls, play outside with other dogs or have stimulating play, I will engage with your dog continuously and provide personalized care to meet their needs. I am dedicated to providing the proper care for my guests. From helping first-timers settle in and preparing special meals for finicky eaters to playing extra time ensuring everyone is comfortable in their beds at night. I will sleep about 15ft from them with my door open so I can hear any movement or noise and I monitor them from my living room camera as well. As a dog owner myself, I treat each guest as if they were my own. We will not go to dog parks for your pets safety but we may go on safe outings and morning walks. My home has a 7' fenced in front and back yard with grass and plants where they can play and run around. My living room is where my guests will sleep/rest/nap and play with toys or cuddle on the couch and where the magic kisses and belly rubs happen. I aways make it a point to take a little one-on-one time with each guest to give them hugs kisses and love without competing with others. I feed them one at a time in the enclosed kitchen to ensure safety.
