My name is Rachel and I'm a UC Berkeley grad and licensed veterinary technician who works in emergency and critical care. I've worked and cared for dogs and cats (and certain exotics/pocket pets) almost my entire life! Compassion, reading your pet's body language, and respecting your care instructions are of the upmost importance to me! For walks, big and small dogs are welcome! I am experienced with reactive pups and am comfortable doing structured walks as well to help reinforce any training you and your dog have been working on. I am very vigilant on walks and will ensure your pup's safety and comfort. You will always receive a very detailed report card from me and cute pictures! For drop-in visits, respect for your home and your pet and are top priority! I follow instructions very closely and welcome any information you have about your fur baby that can make their time with me the most fun and comfortable. This was my first time using rover and I am so happy I found Rachel! She was flexible, accommodating, and did everything and beyond for my kitties. One of my cats is very scared of people and doesn’t like changes so I am so scared to leave him, he came out to her and she send a lot of pictures on the rover card. I felt at ease knowing she would take care of him so I could enjoy my vacation. Would definitely recommend her and I will be using her every time she’s available in the future!
Rachel was more than amazing! She sent us such detailed information about her care. It’s hard for me to trust someone to take care of my doggies since their personalities are unique the least to say. I can’t thank Rachel enough for her patience & love for my doggies. Endless thank youuuus
Rachel was fantastic! She took great care of my cat during two drop-in visits and took the time to play with them. I really appreciate the updates and knowing my cat was in such good hands. I'll definitely be booking with her again!
Rachel is amazing! She is really clued in to our cat’s well being and quirky habits. Her daily reports (including things she notices that are non-pet related, like houseplant watering needs) and attention to detail make us feel completely at ease while we are gone. She’s the absolute best!!!
Rachel was awesome. She took care of our cay for 4 days and while kitty was upset with us for leaving, she had been pampered. She got some great photos.?fm The house was kept secure and kitty happy. On top of that she checked the mail and garbage. We would call on her again. Thank you Rachel
Rachel is wonderful! She was so kind and understanding of my cat's anxious tendencies. She is also incredibly detail oriented and thorough and I felt so glad my cat was in her care when I traveled :) highly recommend!!
