Jacqueline is an incredible pet caregiver; anyone - and especially any pet - is incredibly lucky to have her. When a different person last minute cancelled when I was going away for 2.5 weeks, Jacqueline was a godsend. She is the most responsible and fastidious pet caregiver I've worked with in my 10 years of owning my pet. I shared what I believed was a detailed document on caring for my cat (helping with food, litter box, daily medicine, playing, water, and treats), and she still came back to ask clarifying questions, asked about helping with mail retrieval and watering plants. When I was away, she provided regular updates, providing well taken photos, any concerns (such as when my cat was being picky about the food and medicine, which she also found a way to address - including spoon feeding my cat to ensure he took his medicine). She went above and beyond what I requested and spent more time with him or visited more frequently for his well-being. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Jacqueline!
