About: Dogs have been an important part of my life for more than 30 years. I’ve raised and cared for dogs from puppyhood through their senior years, including two Labrador Retrievers and a Labradoodle. My second Labrador was a Guide Dog in training who ultimately left the program due to potential physical issues. After she passed away, I became a volunteer with a local Guide Dogs for the Blind puppy-raising club and am an authorized puppy sitter. Through this experience, I’ve cared for puppies in training and understand the importance of consistency, patience, following training guidelines, and paying close attention to a dog’s behavior and needs. I also have extensive experience caring for senior dogs, including dogs requiring special diets, medication, and additional attention. I’m comfortable adapting to different routines and providing individualized care based on each dog’s needs. I’m also familiar with the general grooming and routine care that dogs need, including brushing, nail care, teeth brushing, and basic coat trimming. Most importantly, I enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to fit pet care into my day. While I do have occasional work meetings, I'm able to plan walks, visits, and other care around them. My evenings are generally free, and I have additional flexibility on weekends. I enjoy having a reason to step away from my desk during the day and spend some time with a dog or cat. I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I follow each owner's instructions closely and make sure their pet's normal routine is maintained as much as possible, including feeding, medications, walks, and other special needs. I’m attentive to doors, gates, and other potential escape routes, and I make sure pets are supervised appropriately when outside. I’m also respectful of my client’s home and understand that I’m being trusted with more than just their pet. I’ll keep things clean and secure and communicate with the owner if anything unusual comes up.

I regularly dog sit for friends with very different needs, from high-energy dogs who need multiple long walks a day to older dogs who require a slower pace and more hands-on care. I work full-time with a flexible hybrid schedule, which allows me to plan ahead one or two weeks in advance for working on site or at home. On weekdays, I can take pups on walks in the early morning or evening, while afternoon walks can be scheduled on a week-by-week basis depending on my on-site work schedule. I’m fully available for boarding on weekends, and depending on my work schedule, I can also offer overnight boarding during the week. I do my best to be flexible and accommodate each dog’s routine—whether that means early morning walks, regular potty breaks, or sticking closely to their usual schedule. If your pup is used to a 7am walk, I’m more than happy to start the day early to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I prioritize creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment that helps every dog feel at ease, whether they’re in my home or their own. In my home, I have a private, fenced backyard that’s only accessible through my apartment, so your dog can safely enjoy fresh air. It’s partially covered as well, providing some protection from rain. Inside, I keep my space clean and dog-friendly, with cushioned area rugs to prevent slipping and give dogs a comfortable place to walk, play, or relax. I also provide cozy blankets and an outdoor dog bed so they have options for resting wherever they feel most comfortable. Cleanliness and routine are very important to me—I wash food bowls after each use and refresh water bowls throughout the day. Dogs are welcome on my furniture, but I always respect and follow your home rules to maintain consistency. If your dog isn’t allowed on furniture, I will reinforce those same boundaries. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of their space and attentive to instructions. I carefully follow all provided routines, house rules, and notes to ensure your dog experiences as much consistency and comfort as possible while you’re away.

About: Since I was a child I always had dogs with me, I think they are the noblest creatures in the world and they deserve exceptional life and care, my dog's name is Clyde he is a super dog, he has a great level of intelligence, he is a really polite and happy dog. I believe that having a job like this one is more than PRRRRFECT 😍! I'm the type of person that if I walk and see someone walking a dog I make eye contact with the dog first than with his human. Patience is one of my main characteristics when we talk about dogs, I have always thought that I have a natural connection with them, they give me confidence and I inspire confidence to them. I am currently a student at Foothill College, so Rover is the perfect opportunity for me to balance my class and homework schedule while earning some extra income. My schedule is pretty flexible since I'm only taking one class at the moment. I'm available for house sitting and dog walking services. Since I live in a small space, I'm not able to offer boarding, but I'm happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home or take them on walks. I also have a 15-years-old dog who has been my loyal companion and best friend for many years. Caring for him has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and attentive pet care. About: I have been around and cared for animals for as long as I can remember! In the past I have worked at a pet care and boarding facility for over four years and I have four pets of my own. Constantly being around animals has taught me a lot and I am committed to continue learning . I am comfortable handling any breed of dog, energy levels , and size. Older dogs that might need medication are also no problem. I am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animals. My biggest goal is building trust with and your fur baby and providing the best care possible. I currently work fully remote so my schedule is very flexible and I am available when needed! I can also be very flexible on the weekends and can accept last minute bookings. When taking care of your baby my biggest goal is to gain their trust and do all the fun things you would normally do.
