About: I've been caring for dogs with love and intention since I was 14 — and now my husband and I get to do it alongside Kaia, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pup 🐶 She's warm, emotionally attuned, and genuinely excited to make a new friend — but she'll also give your pup all the space they need if they'd rather just cozy up solo. We have a fenced front yard, backyard, and cozy indoor space, so your fur baby will feel right at home. My husband and I work from home during the day, so there will always be someone available and taking care of the pets throughout the day. I have a fenced front and backyard, and a sweet, playful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pup to keep them company. I can crate your dog and provide a safe space if they need it, and I will feed them at the designated time. We will only watch up to 2 pets (including our own) at a time, so you can be sure your pup will be given lots of care and attention.

About: I have always had a passion for animal caretaking and my love for animals really took off after studying Animal Science at UC Davis. I started off with very basic dog walking which eventually snowballed into dog training. From there I’ve worked at pet hotels, dog training facilities, and fostered for many rescues. I am currently an active foster for BASH, Welcome Home Sanctuary, and Nine Lives here in the Bay Area. My goal is to create the most home-like experience for your pet while you are away, while prioritizing the safety and comfort of your pet. I keep a quiet home to help shy/nervous/anxious pets acclimate and also provide playtimes and owner-brought enrichments for our more rambunctious guests. Pets are allowed on furniture (given they are allowed on furniture at home) and are treated like family. I am comfortable taking pets of all ages with no major illness. I am comfortable administering medications, accommodating special diets, and separating pets that need extra space. I cannot wait to meet your best friend! Time availabilities: I am available for daycare drop offs 7-9am and daycare pick ups 6-9pm I am available for boarding drop offs starting at 9am and pick ups ending by 9pm. Child free home with two adults who WFH. I am available for drop offs and can be flexible M-F; weekends I like to take our guests on hikes to Pulgas Ridge or Stafford Park. Please be up to date on flea/tick meds! * I am not able to take human aggressive pets * Dogs are taken on two walks a day, offered as many potty breaks needed, access to water and toys 24/7, and play times with friends! I learnt how to support him to go to the bathroom and still live a meaningful life. 2. Cared for 16 year-old deaf and blind Border collie, with mild senile dementia. 4. I currenty have have an energetic Australian Kelpie with social anxiety and have experience dealing with "COVID dogs" or dogs who haven't been socialized a lot and may need some extra attention or are nervous around other people and dogs. 5. I worked as a permaculture consultant for 8 months, taking care of 12 chickens and 5 goats for a bay area homestead. I have expertise in providing correct food, and protein supplements for chickens health as well as prevent and spot issues with parasites. I work from home in the Bay Area, and I am available for dog boarding at my home and house sitting and taking care of your pets at your home. I can board pets at our home, which has a fairly large backyard (about 7,000sq ft) with mature trees and shaded areas. My home is calm and quiet—perfect for dogs who need a relaxed atmosphere. I maintain consistent routines and supervise all interactions between pets to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Pets can stay inside, sleep on one two large confy dog beds, or on our couch / armchairs (unless you prefer they don't learn that behavior- please let me know). We live in a really nice and walkable residential neighbourhood perfect for small and extra long walks in a safe environement. We also have a dog washing station at home and I can provide baths for an additional small fee.

Although Tori can be shy at first, she bonded with Sarah instantly and had a fantastic time playing with the other dogs. I especially appreciate Sarah's patience with Tori's eating habits. Tori is a picky eater, and it was so kind of her to hand-feed Tori to ensure she was well-fed. Sarah also sent plenty of photo updates and took her on long walks. I highly recommend Sarah, and will definitely be back for another stay
Bradley took such amazing care of Zeus today! He came home so happy and completely worn out from the long walks, which says everything about the attention and exercise he got. I felt very good leaving Kody in Yi and her husband’s warm and capable care. My anxious pup was quickly put at ease and settled in. Yi sent lots of photo updates and Kody seemed to be having a great time - playing, getting belly rubs, going on multiple walks, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Yi.
