Kenneth took wonderful care of Nono while I was away. This was a fairly last-minute booking, and I really appreciated how quickly he stepped in and handled everything so well. When I got back, Nono was active, happy, and clearly well cared for. I could tell her injections were administered properly, and although I wish I had left more detailed instructions, Kenneth managed everything exceptionally well. He also went above and beyond with the household care. Everything was even tidier than when I left. He cleaned the food cans, neatly prepared and pressed the cat food, and paid attention to details that even I don't always have the patience for. The photo updates were great and gave me a lot of peace of mind during my trip. Nina and Leo went more than the extra yard to help them feel comfortable while I was away, especially with my most nervous cat with special feeding needs. They were able to calm her down, hold her, feed her, and were rewarded when she showered them with special purrs, slow eye blinks, and other kitty signs of affection.
