About: I've been around animals almost my whole life. I volunteered at an animal shelter in high school, have had cats of my own since 2013, pet sat cats and dogs for friends and family, and have had experience raising kittens as well as experience in TNR. Starting in late August I will be unable to visit your pet between 8am-12:30pm during the week as I am a part time preschool teacher. However, I can spend all weekend taking care of your pet. Even though I am working part time, I am more than happy to spend as much time as possible with your pet when you're not able to so they have company until you return home! As a life long animal lover, I understand pets are more than just an animal, but they're part of the family. I take time to get to know each pet and will do all I can to ensure that they are always safe in my care, whether during a walk or pet sitting in your home.

About: Every chance that I had, I would take the opportunity to learn about and spend time with dogs and puppies. I love to teach new tricks, spend quality time, and learn about each unique dog! I work part time already, but I do not have an animal at home, and would love to be able to spend time with them while upping my overall experience with them! I am usually available in the mornings and evenings to spend time with them. The first thing I always make sure of is that the animals are in a safe enviorment, even in their own homes (ex: they could have knocked something over), whether or not it is a drop-in or "long term" visit. I always make sure that they are comfortable, indoors and outdoors, and that they are getting plenty of attention. Following a routine set by the parents is the priority, but always making sure that the animal is having fun is important too.

About: I love animals of all kinds. I've owned and cared for cats, dogs, and birds for most of my life and have an understanding of their different needs and personalities. I currently have two 10-year-old rescued cats and am experienced with daily care routines, feeding, litter maintenance, playtime, and keeping pets comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I have also had several dogs throughout my life, with experience in training, walking, and daily care. My niece is also a vet tech at Sage, so always a phone call away for advice. I have recently retired and have time to fill my days with keeping your fur babies company. I am available every day, with the exception of occasional travel and vacations. I have two 10-year-old kitties in my home, so care most likely would be best in your home. I am happy to follow your pet's routine throughout the days and nights.
