I'm currently part-time working Friday - Sunday. On those days I am possibly available in the mornings or later at night for drops-ins or walks. The rest of the week (Monday-Thursday) I'm very flexible in my schedule, so I'll have a lot of time to take care of your furry friends! Please reach out to me so we can look what works!

Pet care experience
I've taken care of pets my whole life. I grew up in a very animal loving family (with cats, dogs, rodents, exotic animals,...). Where I learned from an early age to take care of puppies, cats and other pets. I've never known a life without a pet! Later in life definitely got more into cats, where at one point I was taking care of 6 cats at once. At this point I have 2 kitties at home, Pebbles and Bamm Bamm and 1 leopard gecko Gizmo. I also work part-time at an animal shelter where I interact and care for cats, dogs and with a big variety of other animals! I'm very diligent in my tasks and your instructions, as well very loving and playful with any pet (on their terms ofcourse!) I have a certification in pet CPR and First Aid.

Alfie was in great hands again! This was Heleen's second time doing daily check-ins for him and it gave me such peace of mind while I was away for a week. She is always reliable, communicative and clearly cares about animals and making sure they're comfortable, fed and loved on. I really appreciated the updates and knowing someone trustworthy was checking in on our little needy guy. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable cat sitter.

Heleen’s been amazing with my cat! Super patient, caring, and reliable every time she visits. My cat can be a little shy, but she handled her so gently and made sure she was comfortable. I really appreciate the updates too—it gave me so much peace of mind. Definitely will have her to take care of my cat again!
She was great, and i knew Max was in good hands. Excellent communicator and a very nice young lady. Highly recommend.
