About: I have over ten years of experience pet sitting cats and dogs. Outside of having my own cat, I’ve been a trusted dog and cat sitter for several neighbors and friends. I also have experience with fostering cats, as well as handling high stress veterinary situation for both dogs and cats. I’m patient, caring, and extremely communicative. Your comfort and your pet’s comfort is my top priority. I’m available via text or call all hours of the day for updates, and appreciate honesty and respect. I work full-time in the office four days a week, however have flexible hours. I’m often available after 3pm Monday - Thursdays, and typically all day Friday - Sundays. I am comfortable staying at client’s home, and prefer having a meet-and-greet to familiarize myself with your pet and your home. About: I’ve had countless pets growing up, as my mom regularly rescues street dogs. We care for them until they get placed in shelters. I’ve been taught to handle all types of dogs from super energetic to calm dogs. I'm currently a senior at Menlo-Atherton High School. I'm always available on weekends. About: Animals have always been my jam. One of my favorite quotes is, "Dogs are angels sent down by god to teach us how to unconditionally love". When I'm surrounded by animals I feel at peace and because of that they feel content and loved. I've always had connections with animals on a very deep level. I feel they have so much to teach us and that earning an animals trust is one of life's most highest honors. With all my friends and family I've always been "chosen" by their cats and have been their dogs favorite person outside the family. I have a gift with animals that has allowed me the privilege to take care of and connect with many throughout the years. I do most of my work at home online and I'm a homebody so my pet care is part of my normal daily routine. I want them to feel that they're never alone. I feed, walk, play games cuddle and treat them as my own.If they need medicine, I can help with that as well. The hardest part of doing a service like this is when I leave them I miss them dearly until next time I see them.
About: I grew up with the sweetest Shih Tzu in the world named Dak (a small computer chip). And I think my style of pet care came from taking care of him. I was attentive and gave him lots of love. He loved driving in the car with me, actually :) I have been pet sitting for friends and on other platforms for over 5 years in their homes. And I took care of a neighbor's bird way back in high school. For the most part I have specialized in cats and small to medium dogs. I also have a calm spirit that many animals are drawn to. So we can chill together for a long time. In addition, I'm responsible and respectful, caring and considerate not only for pets but also for owner's homes. I am able to communicate well and clearly and can problem solve to resolve any situation which might arise. In short, I have the know-how to be able to feed, entertain, clean up after, and love cats and dogs and their living spaces. Firstly, because I am missionary and I've been staying temporarily in my parents house in North Carolina and now here with my brother in Palo Alto. Tillana is seriously a cat whisperer. We have two cats who are usually wary around strangers but to our very pleasant surprise, they both quickly warmed up to her from the very first meeting!! I think it made a huge difference that she’s detail-oriented. Prior to the first visit, she asked a lot of questions about the cats’ personalities to be best prepared and really wowed us with her memory recall about our cats’ likes/dislikes during the first visit. During that visit, she came in with calm, gentle, friendly energy and our cats really responded positively to that. They immediately let her pet them and even gave her little licks!! They’ve never done that before to someone new! Every day she sent us beautiful, thoughtful updates that really made us feel at ease while we were away. Every update put big smiles on our faces and we felt so comfortable knowing that our fur babies were in such trustworthy, capable hands. Tillana is such a warm, kind-hearted person and I think it really shows through how receptive pets are towards her. We feel truly lucky to have found her and would absolutely recommend to her to anyone looking for exceptional, top-tier level of care.
Katelyn was absolutely incredible with my two cats! She did a fantastic job feeding and playing with them, and she sent tons of wonderful photo updates that totally put my mind at ease. On top of that, one of my kitties had a messy bathroom accident, and she went above and beyond to clean everything up.
I was very impressed with G.'s visits. My cat is very skittish but when I returned from my trip, she was calm so I think G. did nothing to cause anxiety. In addition, in one of her daily reports, G. pointed out something about the cat's feeding habits. I was aware of this but felt that it was very responsible of G. to notice it after just a couple of days and bring it to my attention. I will be calling G. the next time I have a trip planned.
