James was friendly, easy to communicate with before the stay, and it seemed like he genuinely enjoyed spending time with Henry and Clover. We received photos of him cuddling with them, and our newly adopted dog, who had been very shy about going potty with new people, was comfortable enough to go outside for him, which was reassuring. For context, we have two small dachshunds. Henry is 1.5 years old and still has some puppy energy, and Clover had only been with us for about two weeks. We explained that she was still adjusting to her new environment and relearning her potty routine, and we also made it clear that neither dog should be off leash because their recall isn't reliable and they may run, especially with someone they don't know well. Unfortunately, there were several issues during the stay. We had discussed receiving updates approximately every four hours, but we had to reach out each day to ask for updates rather than receiving them proactively. Clover's leash was also returned broken, and we never learned exactly how it happened. Most concerning were two separate safety incidents where our dogs got loose and ran into the street—one after drop-off and another just before pickup. During the second incident, Clover ran under a parked car, and my husband had to stop traffic and help coax her out. James apologized afterward and accepted responsibility for what happened, which we appreciated. Overall, James was kind and our dogs seemed comfortable with him, but because of the repeated safety incidents we would not feel comfortable booking with him again.

James did a great job watching Maggie! He was easy to communicate with, flexible and sent daily updates. Maggie came home tired (in the best way) and happy. We will absolutely have James watch her again, if available.

James and Jasmine are seriously amazing!!! They are communicative, flexible and so kind! I knew immediately that our dog would be in good hands upon meeting them. They sent a picture everyday with our dog looking relaxed and happy and she was clearly happy when we came to pick her up. I swear she even gave them both a small little goodbye nuzzle before we walked away, it was so sweet. We highly recommend them!

I can not recommend James and his partner as pet sitters enough. They were responsive, professional, and accommodating. From the moment we booked, to the pick up; I felt genuinely safe and confident leaving my fur baby with James. My lil pup warmed up to them instantly and I knew she was in great hands. James sent a photo each day and when I picked up my dog she seemed happy and well cared for. Thank you for much James and Jas! I am so grateful and hope to re-book soon.

James and Jasmine are hands-down the best dog sitters we’ve ever used. They are incredibly professional and took the time to understand Toby’s specific routine and needs. It was clear from the start that they genuinely love dogs and treated our Toby as their own. They were super reliable and kept us up to date with Toby's activities and sent us daily pix -- they truly went above and beyond to make sure Toby was comfortable and happy. We will definitely be booking them again! Thanks again guys!

James and his wife were so lovely and great with Beauregard who's an older dog. They took my reservation at last minute I sure appreciate it I would highly recommend them
