About: I have a Samoyed x Standard Poodle at home, so I am very comfortable handling and caring for larger breeds! I have also cared for various dogs within my family so I are experienced with smaller dogs and different breeds. And since I work from home full time, you can expect frequent photo and video updates throughout the day so you always know your pup is happy and well looked after! I work from home full time, so your dog will never be left alone. Since I have our own dog, I already do two walks a day — so your pup will definitely be getting out and about! About: I've taken care of dogs for 5 years now, and I'm a proud owner of a labradoodle. I love taking them to the dog park and take a walk. I'm a dog owner myself. My husband and I work remotely. Our schedule is flexible. I have a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I only take 1 dog at a time. I have a fenced yard and a friendly and playful labradoodle. My pet is neutered and fully vaccinated. I could crate your dog easily if needed. I have a daily routine from feeding, playing and bonding with my pet. About: We’re dog lovers (currently without our own furball) and would love to care for yours. Our pet parent history: Over 18 years, we've raised puppies (black Lab and Boxer mix) and then a cool cat found us, making a party of 5. Post-trio, we rescued a middle-aged Boxer who was sweet on humans but not so much with other dogs and spent several years walking on the wild side with her before she became street-settled. We've been dog park regulars and hosted furritos of friends for slumber parties and were short-term vacation fosters. We've gently nursed our dogs through neuropathy, lung cancer, and Cushing's disease. We found great people to care for our girls on Rover and want to do the same for you! We miss being dog parents dearly and will care for your pets as if they were our own. If you happen to have dog & cat siblings, they are welcome, too! It’s summer break for one of us and the other is self-employed, so we have tons of time to dedicate to your furrito! We prefer not to leave your pup unattended — generally one of us will be with your doggo at all times. Your dog(s) will have access to all parts of our non-smoking home, sofa and beds included! Our dogs were free range, we do not have a crate. We are happy to use yours, please bring if needed. We’ll schedule a meet & greet ahead of time to make sure that you’ll both feel comfortable with us while apart and that your dog is a good match for us. Our home is 2 stories (wood floors downstairs, carpeted stairs & upstairs) with a front yard and small back patio area. We're in a safe neighborhood where we'll take daily walks.

Our guy is a little shy around other dogs so they were extra patient and caring to ensure he was okay and even allowed us to meet before our daycare so the dogs can get exposure. We also have a special diet and due to a recent illness and they were able to continue with our feeding instructions (even letting us know how much he consumed in the meal). Lawrence and his gf are sooo amazing with my Milo. I recently moved to San Mateo and was looking for a new rover. Even though we had great rovers in our previous city, Milo was still always a little hesitant when dropped off. I was so surprised today when he jumped out of the car off leash and excitedly ran to her! I can tell he is taken care of well and he feels loved/safe there. Also sooo amazing that we get constant videos and updates throughout the day!
Kathryn and Jason were incredible sitters! They were able to accommodate our last minute request and followed our care instructions wonderfully. For a 5 month old working dog breed, she was gracious in helping watch him while we had to go into the office. Pitzy was fantastic!! Very easy going, calming personality and gets along great with dogs. This was our first Rover so we were a bit unsure how it would go but Pitzy made everything super easy. She got on the phone with us and took lots of pictures / sent lots of updates. Felt like she took care of Mia like her own.
