Our pet parent history: Over 18 years, we've raised puppies (black Lab and Boxer mix) and then a cool cat found us, making a party of 5. Post-trio, we rescued a middle-aged Boxer who was sweet on humans but not so much with other dogs and spent several years walking on the wild side with her before she became street-settled. We've been dog park regulars and hosted furritos of friends for slumber parties and were short-term vacation fosters. We've gently nursed our dogs through neuropathy, lung cancer, and Cushing's disease. We found great people to care for our girls on Rover and want to do the same for you! We miss being dog parents dearly and will care for your pets as if they were our own. If you happen to have dog & cat siblings, they are welcome, too! It’s summer break for one of us and the other is self-employed, so we have tons of time to dedicate to your furrito! We prefer not to leave your pup unattended — generally one of us will be with your doggo at all times. Your dog(s) will have access to all parts of our non-smoking home, sofa and beds included! Our dogs were free range, we do not have a crate. We are happy to use yours, please bring if needed. About: Our place is 15 mins from SFO. You can drop off and park at street during your trip! I’ve provided boarding and day care service for my clients, family & friends for over 5 yrs now. We have a 4-yr old Formosan Mountain Dog, Koko. She loves playing fetch and chasing with her fur friends in our backyard. I take only 1 new client at a time(no more than 3 dogs for repeating client). Your pet will receive great attention and a careful watch during their stay with us. I’m currently working from home so I’m always there for your pup. Staying at our home will include 2 walks a day around the neighborhood. If your pet is good with car trips, we also go to a large near by park by car frequently. Potty breaks are provided every 2 hours in our large, fenced backyard. Your pet is welcomed to stay indoor with us, or if they like taking a nice sun bath on our backyard porch. The side doors to our backyard and fences are always well secured. We have a spacious backyard with fence for your dog to have fun and exercise. My schedule is rather flexible depends on your pet’s need. Normally we do 2 walks a day and frequent potty breaks. See description section for our routine. I have a large fenced yard, with natural grass, turf playground, and a porch for sun bath. The side doors are always well secured. We will never open front door without securing your pet. I gave careful watch when your pet is playing outside. We also have cameras around the house that’s always on.

“Data, my 100 pound German Shepherd, usually stays with his girlfriend Repunzel when I am out of town but She was sick so I searched Rover for sitter. Evie’s location was nearby and when I stopped by for a visit I was impressed with the large amount of lawn area for Data to explore. Evie kept me up to date with pictures and activity reports which I greatly appreciated. I’ll be going on vacation this summer and will be using Evie again.”
