A Loving Home Away from Home!
Are you looking for a warm, nurturing and fun environment for your dog who will be looked after like a member of the family? You've found it! My husband, Mike, our small terrier, Stella, and I are very active and outdoorsy people who love being around dogs. We have lots of experience with very active breeds like German Shepherds and Border collies as well as couch potatoes! I worked at a dog day care for several years and have taken dog grooming courses where I learned a bit about doggie first aid. Stella is very friendly dog with a very relaxed demeanor who gets along with every dog she comes across. We live in a welcoming, pet safe house with a completely fenced in backyard. We both work from home often so between us, there's always someone home. We allow dogs on our furniture but please let us know if that's not something you want for your dog and we are happy to accommodate.

As always, Diana is wonderful. She sends cute pictures and videos throughout the day and Lumo always leaves her place tired and happy. I highly recommend Diana.
My dog stayed with Diana and Michael for nearly 2 weeks. She was clearly well cared for and loved and I got daily updates and photos. They welcome her as part of their family which I think we both greatly appreciated. Your dog will be happy there
Diana and Michael were absolutely exceptional with Lumo. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond by scheduling a thoughtful meet-and-greet to ensure Lumo would be comfortable with their dog, Riley. It really showed how much they care about creating the right environment. Throughout Lumo’s stay, they kept us consistently updated with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind and made us feel connected even while we were away. Diana was especially attentive and detail-oriented, making sure Lumo’s feeding routine was followed exactly and that his medications were given on time without fail. It’s clear they treat the dogs in their care like family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Diana and Michael to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and communicative dog sitters.

Diana did a fabulous job of taking care of Maisy overnight. She is a total dog expert and Maisy really likes her. Highly recommend!
Our dog Maisy was so well cared for at Diana's and Mike's house! Diana has a lot of knowledge about all kinds of dogs which is super helpful. She helped Maisy adjust and sent me regular updates. Definitely recommend!

Both my husband and I work from home often so there is usually someone in the house and we never leave the dogs outside unattended.

Our home has a very spacious and fully fenced in backyard, and we have a dog of our own who will be happy to keep yours company. We feed Stella breakfast and dinner on a schedule as opposed to letting her graze all day but we are happy to accommodate if your dog has different requirements. We live walking distance to a wonderful park in downtown San Mateo and do morning and evening walks.

We live very close to a wonderful park in downtown San Mateo. There is also a dog park within that park that we like to visit so she can play and socialize with other pups. We take long walks around the neighborhood and usually wind up at the park for a while and then walk home. We also love going to the beach and taking hikes with the dogs.
