Lawrence and his gf are sooo amazing with my Milo. I recently moved to San Mateo and was looking for a new rover. Even though we had great rovers in our previous city, Milo was still always a little hesitant when dropped off. I was so surprised today when he jumped out of the car off leash and excitedly ran to her! I can tell he is taken care of well and he feels loved/safe there. Also sooo amazing that we get constant videos and updates throughout the day!
Casey took such great care of Sopita, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Pitzy was fantastic!! Very easy going, calming personality and gets along great with dogs. This was our first Rover so we were a bit unsure how it would go but Pitzy made everything super easy. She got on the phone with us and took lots of pictures / sent lots of updates. Felt like she took care of Mia like her own. Can tell Mia had a lot of fun with her and looked forward to seeing her. 10/10 will recommend and will be coming back!!

Anna and Conrad took great care of Teddy for the day and was able to accommodate our last minute request for booking and changes. Our guy is a little shy around other dogs so they were extra patient and caring to ensure he was okay and even allowed us to meet before our daycare so the dogs can get exposure. We also have a special diet and due to a recent illness and they were able to continue with our feeding instructions (even letting us know how much he consumed in the meal).
