Winnie and Boba are THE BEST!!! 🏆 Winnie accommodated a last-minute request over Thanksgiving weekend so my husband and I could take a day trip. She even offered a meet-and-greet video call beforehand, which really put my mind at ease since it was our second time using Rover for dog sitting. 🙏 Throughout our communications, Winnie was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. My doggo had a blast playing with Boba, and she sent us plenty of photos and videos showing how much fun they were having together. 🦮🐕‍🦺 When we picked him up, my dog was clearly sad to leave - always a good sign! 🥹🥲😭🫶 We're already looking forward to our next booking. Highly recommend Winnie and Boba, especially if you have a smaller breed that likes to run and play. ✨

Anna was amazing! Her communication was very quick and clear. She sent me tons of pictures throughout the day and made me feel very comfortable. Leaving my two-year-old dog with her for the day. She was super flexible and pick up and drop off time and Rilee just put all of my pet sitting anxiety at ease. I will definitely be using her again!

Carina was amazing with my senior dog. She watched every little detail, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with real care. She even took him to the park so his day stayed full and stimulating. Couldn’t ask for better, highly recommended.

About: Having raised my own puppy and dogsat for friends with anxious pups, I'm well versed in how to provide for a pup's full time needs. I can also provide puppy training in house manners (for example: waiting patiently to be fed, waiting at doors, simple commands). My care and attention to my own puppy, Chef, is full time and I am super excited to share that with your pup. We can go on excursions or hang around the house or play fetch at the dogpark. Whatever your pup is up for. I have a fenced yard and a friendly pup for your pup(s) to play with! And if your pup doesn't want company for whatever reason, I have gates and crates to make sure they are safe and happy in their own space. Feel free to request photos/videos and check in anytime for updates.

My two dogs loved staying there, especially Cha Cha. She was extraordinarily active. It is possible that she can play and socialize with other dogs. Kitty is very caring. She took a few photos and sent them to me. Definitely I will consider her boarding services next time when I am away on vacation

This was our first time user Rover with our 1.5 year old dog and we were a bit nervous until we met Yiteng. Our dog took to them immediately and they took such wonderful care of her, following our asks to the letter and going above and beyond to make sure she had a safe, fun time. We got many videos and pictures of her, putting us at ease. Will 100% use again and highly recommend.

Kelly was great with our 2 little dogs. We were in town attending a family function and we were able to book with her from 4:30pm to 10:45pm on a Sunday. She provided us with picture updates and was really communicative which made us, worried dog parents, feel better. We highly recommend her and will use her services again next time we’re in this area.

About: I’ve taken care of domestic animals since I was very young. Animals have always been part of my life, and I truly enjoy caring for them, pets are part of our daily routine. My daily routine already includes caring for dogs. I run a small mobile dog grooming business, so I am used to being around pets every day. I’m also used to taking care of animals since I was young, so feeding, walking, playing, and giving attention to pets fits very naturally into my routine. I live in an apartment, but my complex has a dog park and very dog-friendly spaces. Pets will always receive attention, supervision, and a calm environment. I make sure they are safe, comfortable, and follow the routine provided by the owner, including feeding, walks, playtime, and rest.

About: Welcome to Lauri and Friends Pet Care — where hospitality-inspired care meets canine adventure. Every pet has their own personality, comfort level, and communication style, and I love learning what helps them feel safe, confident, and balanced. My customer service management experience at an emergency veterinary hospital (formerly SF SPCA, now SF Animal Care & Control) gave me valuable experience supporting the wellbeing and safety of both feline and canine companions. My family and career have also been deeply rooted in the hospitality world, which I love incorporating into my pet care approach. From structured adventure walks and personalized updates to boutique-style boarding and in-home care, my goal is to create enriching experiences that bring peace of mind to both pets and their humans. My lifelong pet care journey began with caring for a wide variety of personalities and breeds within my own family — from the spirited energy of German Shepherds like Rocky and Ozzy, to the playful antics of Doberman mixes like Josh, and the gentle (sometimes spirited!) companionship of Bernese Mountain Dogs like Oliver. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the unique emotional and physical needs every animal brings, as well as the powerful bonds they share with humans. One of my greatest strengths is helping dogs and humans feel more connected, understood, and at ease together. Compassion, communication, safety, and authenticity are at the heart of everything I do. Your pets and home will be treated with the same level of attentiveness, respect, and care that I would want for my own family. Our initial meeting will be more than just a checklist of routines and rules. Let's uncover your pet's unique language of preferred commands and desired tricks—because learning is an adventure, and fostering good behavior is an ongoing journey. While I strive to accommodate your scheduling needs to the best of my ability, please keep in mind that creating a seamless experience for your pet may require some adjustments. Your pet's well-being and happiness are my top priorities, and I'm dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure they receive the care they deserve. I appreciate your understanding that sometimes, good things take time. Communication is essential to our partnership. While I endeavor to respond as quickly as possible, please understand that there might be moments when my hands are full of paws, toys, and laughter. Thank you in advance for your patience—I assure you, your concerns and queries are valuable to me. My schedule revolves around your pet's needs, with regular walks and house-sitting routines thoughtfully planned. And for those rare moments, I'm here as your pet's emergency companion to the vet. This isn't just a side gig; it's my full-time calling—a career shaped by passion and expertise. Anticipate extraordinary experiences—playful moments during walks, explorations in local parks, and outdoor adventures (or a backpack outing for young puppies so no paws touch the ground). While I stay present with your pets, I also capture candid memories to share with you. Now, let's delve into the services I offer, designed to cater to your furry friends:

About: My home is your pet’s home 🫶🏻 Safe and trusted environment 💛 I have been caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have always relied on me to check in, feed, and play with their pets. As a dedicated dog and cat owner myself, I understand that your pet is family. I am a very active person who loves long walks, so I can ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise. I’m also highly organized and comfortable following specific feeding or medication schedules to keep your pup's routine consistent. I currently work in healthcare administration during the week, which means my weekends are entirely dedicated to pet care! I am available for full-time boarding and house sitting from Friday evening through Sunday night. Because I am a student and work a consistent schedule, I am very reliable and punctual with my check-ins and walk times. Your pup will have my full attention during their stay! I live in a pet-friendly environment in San Mateo where your dog's safety is my top priority. I have a friendly dog of my own who loves making new friends, making my home a great 'social' spot for your pup. I am very comfortable with 'Meet & Greets' to ensure everyone gets along. I maintain a clean, safe space and am happy to accommodate crate training or any specific home boundaries you have in place.

About: Over the past few years, I’ve been working through chronic throat problems — and because speaking has been difficult, spending time with pets has meant even more to me. I’ve been caring for my family’s golden retriever, Toby, for five years and have lovingly mastered the art of disaster control (mud puddles, chewed socks, you name it). I bring patience, gentleness, and genuine joy to every pup I meet — your dog will be loved like my own. I’m currently in pre-PhD and have a flexible schedule with no full-time job commitments. That means I can give your dog consistent attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. Caring for animals brings me real joy and grounding - it would be a wonderful part of my routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on helping them feel completely comfortable and secure in their own space. I follow your routines closely — from feeding schedules to favorite walking routes and playtime rituals — so everything feels familiar for your pup. I’m gentle, clean, and respectful of your home, and always make sure to leave things even nicer than I found them.
