My dog is not friendly with large dogs and requires a special diet, as well as, a regular feeding and walking schedule. Howard accommodated all of my dog’s needs during his stays. Howard & Linda are very friendly and personable people, and I highly recommend them!”

About: Hi. I have cared for dogs my whole life. I think dogs are truly mans best friend. I will treat your dog like they are my own dog. I have had dogs my whole life. Come to think of it I have never lived a day in my life without a dog. My family is a true dog family. My 9 year old daughter is a true animal lover and loves interacting with dogs. Our 5 year old loves having pups around. I have trained all my dogs using positive reinforcement and I feel that dogs respond the best to that. We always have a dog door open to our backyard so our dogs always have access to our grassy fenced in yard. I will ensure your dog is well cared for and safe during there stay with my family. My wife and I are a team when we care for dogs. We make sure somone is home to care for your dog around the clock and give them the attention they deserve. We have a grassed fenced in yard and we always check to make sure our yard is secure. We provide pet crates so no need to pack yours.

She even offered a meet-and-greet video call beforehand, which really put my mind at ease since it was our second time using Rover for dog sitting. 🙏 Throughout our communications, Winnie was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. My doggo had a blast playing with Boba, and she sent us plenty of photos and videos showing how much fun they were having together. 🦮🐕‍🦺 When we picked him up, my dog was clearly sad to leave - always a good sign! 🥹🥲😭🫶 We're already looking forward to our next booking. About: After relocating from Santa Cruz, where I operated a pet care business, I am now in South City and eager to meet new clients on Rover. I have cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments throughout my life. Friends, neighbors, and family have relied on me for walks, feeding, overnight stays, and basic manners. I currently run Munchies’ Playhouse and live with two small dogs so I understand pack energy, leash reactivity, and dogs needing extra patience. We are within walking distance of Orange Dog Park for daily play and also have a private fenced yard, allowing socialization or quiet time depending on your dog’s preference. We often visit the beach and go hiking for exercise, but a separate quiet room is available if your dog prefers rest. I am comfortable with puppies, seniors, medication reminders, and dogs that do better on separate walks. All sizes are welcome. I send photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I’m home 7 days a week, so pet care isn’t squeezed around another job, your dog can have as much time as they need. I offer weekday and weekend walks, drop-ins, daycare, and boarding, and I can usually do mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I plan around my own two dogs’ routines so everyone stays exercised and calm. Last-minute or extra visits are welcome when my calendar is open. Meet-and-greets required first so we can lock in a schedule that actually works for your pup. In my home, visiting dogs have a calm indoor space plus a private fenced yard. My two small resident dogs (a Shih Tzu and a Chiweenie) can keep your pup company if they’re social, or we keep things separate if they do better on their own. I follow your routine for feeding, meds, potty breaks, and crating. Walks are on-leash unless you say otherwise; dogs who need it get their own walk. We’re also walking distance from Orange Dog Park for playtime when that’s a good fit. I watch energy, appetite, and behavior closely and send photo/video updates so you always know how they’re doing. Meet-and-greet required before the first stay/walk to ensure that we are a good fit for you.

About: I grew up with animals such as goats, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, and rabbits. I currently have two cats that I’m obsessed with. I have furbaby sat for multiple furbabies in one household which one of whom who had a heart condition that required medication distribution 2x a day. I also helped ease anxiety ridden fur babies by being present, cuddling, create a song and dance number if they let me and taking a ton of photos. Also have had requests to take of care other pet babies such fishes and Guinea pigs as well. I ensure that all furbabies basic needs are met but also their social-emotional wellbeing. Animals require lots of love as they can have a hard time being out of their element. I have unconditional love to provide while their parents can do what they need with peace, ease, and comfort knowing that their fur babies are safe and cared for in a lovingly environment. I am available for doggy/kitty daycare and boarding in my home from Monday-Saturday (fur babies can be picked up Saturday morning/afternoon). If you need a Sunday accommodations I am willing to work with you. I am available Monday-Saturday for walk. will do my best to be accommodating to the pets needs. I am home at the moment as I have recently lost employment. I have the time and love to provide for fur babies as I given already given my time and care for human children while I was employed with child welfare. *PLEASE NOTE: While rover does not require a meet n greets (although highly recommended by them), I DO REQUIRE a meet n greet. This is to ensure that all of our furbabies get along and are safe. Safety is my number one priority. I am willingly to work with your schedule to ensure the meet n greet happens, however after 2 failed attempts to meet n greet, I will have to respectfully decline further services. Thank you and looking forward to caring and cuddles with your furbabies. I live on the top floor of a studio. Condo. My windows are safeguard so no furbaby can escape or be harmed. If there’s a specific schedule that needs to be followed (i.e dietary needs, meds, etc) i will need it in writing what that schedule will look like. I usually will wash all animal dishes prior to meals and ensure there’s adequate clean water supply at all times. I will provide walks, playtime, cuddles and medication(if necessary). I have great communication skills and will provide updates and photos upon request. I am near two parks where the dogs can play and walk while feeling safe.

About: I work from home as a customer service agent, and I have all the time to care and watch the furbabies. I will make sure your fur baby will be safe, healthy and having fun while you are away. It will be my pleasure to take care of your fur baby. I’m home most of the time. I can guarantee he/she is taking care off while you are away. I can keep an eye of him/her. I am a pet lover ever since when I was a kid. I had 2 dogs back home and 1 dog here with me. He/she will enjoy playing with my fur baby.

About: I am a physically active recent retiree and capable dog lover who recently lost my beloved Wheaten Terrier after 11 great years with him, so I'm well able to care for your very active or senior dog that might have special dietary or physical needs. I'm recently retired and home every day, so I have lots of time to care for your pet. Drop-off and pick-up very flexible every day and evening. Although we have a securely fenced and paved back yard, it contains a swimming pool, so we kept our own pet indoors or on our fenced in, covered deck/patio which is also secure. We have a large dog crate which our dog slept in every night, but this is flexible depending on your own dog's sleeping preferences. I do not let pets sleep on my bed. We live on a very quiet street with no 'through' traffic, so it's easy to walk your dog regularly without risking encounters with other pets. Our own dog was not comfortable around other dogs and this was easy for us to manage.
