Sophia and her husband were absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t have asked for better sitters for Fraser. From the very beginning, communication was clear, responsive, and thoughtful. They took the initiative to ask questions and confirm details I hadn’t thought to mention, which gave me a lot of confidence that Fraser was in great hands. Throughout my trip, Sophia sent regular photo and video updates, along with detailed notes about how Fraser was doing. It really gave me peace of mind knowing exactly how he was eating, behaving, and settling in while I was away. I came home finding my house cleaned and arranged the same way as it was. What impressed me most was how calm, professional, and observant they were when an unexpected situation came up at the house. She kept me informed with clear, factual updates and helped me understand what was happening without adding unnecessary stress. I truly appreciated her and her’s professionalism and support during a situation that could have been much more difficult. Most importantly, Fraser was well cared for, and clearly comfortable with them. Catherine was an amazing sitter for my dog, Finn!! He felt very comfortable with her and she was so so welcoming to him! She sent updates of Finn and made sure he ate and went potty! She also took him on walks and took him on an adventure! We will be asking her to watch him in the future!

Sarah went the extra mile to make sure our dog was happy. Outside of his regular walks, she took him to the park and put treats in his toy so he was entertained. Linda was awesome! Super communicative, timely, and kind to my overly nervous dog. She took the time to come out for a meet and greet before the sitting period so my dog could get accustomed to her, which was extremely appreciated.
