I'm also a Registered Veterinary Technician with over six years of experience in veterinary medicine. My background allows me to confidently care for senior pets, puppies and kittens, administer medications, recognize changes in a pet's health or behavior, and provide compassionate, low-stress care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for while giving owners peace of mind. Pet care is something I truly enjoy and intentionally make time for in my daily routine. As a full-time student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide pets with the attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship they deserve. Whether it's sticking to their normal routine, giving medications, or simply spending quality time with them, I'm committed to making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I treat every home with respect, keeping it clean, secure, and exactly as I found it, while making sure your pets receive the same love and attention I would give my own.
About: I have been surrounded by pets my entire life and my family has always made sure I understood the full responsibility of raising a pet and make sure they are happy and healthy. I was an animal science major when I was in college and have worked with a variety of animals so I have a strong understanding of reading a various of behaviors so I am able to quickly adapt to your pets personality. I just moved back to the San Fransisco from Boston and I am currently applying for graduate school so my schedule is flexible to play with the fur babies! I will make sure I ask the client what are the boundaries of where I can be when I am their home, never going any further than I need to make sure their pets are taken care of and is happy. If at any point I need to expand that space I plan to reach out to the client to confirm before I step anywhere else.

“Brianna was a wonderful pup and house sitter this weekend. With frequent updates and pics I was able to enjoy a peaceful and fun weekend away. It was so nice to return to a happy pup and home. I look forward to the next time Brianna sits for us.”

“Danielle was great with my anxious pup! She made herself available at the last minute after another sitter cancelled, and I felt completely comfortable leaving Adare with her for the day. We'd have her back in a heartbeat.”
“Jessica was super respectful of our home, took wonderful care of our high energy dog and checked in regularly, asking great questions that showed she really cared about our dog and home. Definitely the best Rover sitter we’ve ever had!”

“Leslie was great. She was a good communicator before the sit and my dog loved her. She stayed after I got home to let me know how my dog was. I would definitely recommend her.”

About: I've loved dogs since I was a kid and had one for over 16 years. Puppies, adults, older ones, big, small I like them all! I am in between jobs so I have nothing better to do than take your dog on a walk (it would give us both something to do). Depends on the dog, if yours is outgoing it's easier to breakthrough. If they're a little shy I let them come to me and win them over with pets
“Stephanie was very responsive and overall great to work with. She was patient and kind with my dogs and they warmed up to her very quickly. She took great care of them and sent lots of cute photos while we were away to let us know they were doing well!”

“Simonee did so great with my two dogs and caring for my house. She walked them multiple times per day and cuddled with them and hung out with them at home. They loved their time with her. Will definitely hire Simonee again!”

About: I have worked with kids so I am used to being calm, patient and new or challenging environments that necessitates extra care and attention towards your pets. I am a college student and my work schedule is from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. I have class every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6pm to 10pm. I’m available weekends and Friday night. I do not have any pets at the moment so my house is very clean and your pets would get my full attention. I have a decently sized yard for any outdoor time. I have a bed and toys to keep your pets entertained. My neighborhood is quiet and safe with minimal traffic, perfect for long or short walks.

About: I grew up with a rescue pit bull and three rescue cats, which taught me early on how to provide gentle and compassionate care. In addition to that I've been doing professional animal visits for the last 4 years across multiple platforms, and have been loving the opportunity to meet all of these wonderful animals and families. I personally do very well with anxious or reactive animals, which need a more gentle presence around them. If your pet has any special needs, medications, or health concerns, I’m more than happy to discuss them with you. I’ll always take the time to learn what needs to be done and follow your preferred approach to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. “Shai is the BEST!! Truly the best Rover we have ever had. My dog takes awhile to warm up to people generally but loved her the moment he saw her and CRIES when she leaves the house (which he doesn’t even do for us!!). We are so grateful we found her!”

The median cost per night for house sitting in Broadmoor is $75

Melody was great! Immediately focused all her attention to loving our 2 pups. They both have their individual needs and she saw to them both equally! She was attentive to our systems at home, kept our space neat and orderly after she was done, and ultimately created a great space for our 2 dogs and cat! Very grateful

Michael was great and helped me with housesitting my kitty. He was very communicative and sent me daily updates with lots of videos and photos of Carrot which I really appreciated, being a worried cat mom. He was super with her and she clearly enjoyed her time with him which was evident from the videos/photos. He is also trustworthy and very thoughtful and my place was cleaner when I got home than how I left it. I highly recommend Michael.

Nikka was an excellent choice for care to our senior shepherd. She provided wonderful attention, was able to meet all her needs such as: daily walks, meals on time, providing us with daily reports/photos and giving her daily medication. Through her care for Ladie, we were able to enjoy our vacation.

Katrina did an amazing job with our pets!!! She took care of them like they were her own and provided plenty of information/pictures. She went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we came home to a clean home after a quick trip. Will definitely book again!!!

Kimberly helped us out with our puppy for two days, and we had such a great experience with her. Our dog, Juno, is 17 weeks old and still waiting on her final round of vaccines, so we needed someone we could trust to care for her at home during the workday. Juno tends to be a little shy and nervous around new people, but she warmed up to Kimberly right away, which was wonderful to see. Kimberly was incredibly patient with her and spent time working on socialization, training, and practice walks, while most importantly making sure our pup was happy and well cared for throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and patient to care for their pup—especially if you have a puppy who needs a little extra time and understanding to feel comfortable.

Ajani has been our go-to dog walker for a while, and he recently house sat our dog for us while we were on vacation. As expected, he was fantastic! Great communication, respectful of our home, and our dog absolutely loves him. Couldn't ask for better peace of mind while away. Highly recommend!"

We had such a wonderful experience with Seng! She stayed in our home for four nights and took excellent care of our senior dog, Nala. Seng was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire stay, keeping us updated on when she was coming and going and sending lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She gave Nala tons of attention and love, including plenty of walks, playtime, and companionship. It was clear Nala was very comfortable and well cared for while we were away. Seng also took great care of our home and left everything extremely clean and tidy. We highly recommend Seng to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and caring pet sitter. We would absolutely book with her again!

I truly have no words. Akiko was super responsive and took everything I said to the chest. I have never met someone who really took the time to meet and form a bond with Hans. Hans is a somewhat difficult dog when meeting new people but warms up eventually. He ended up loving his time with her! High recommend :)

We had Simonee house sit for our 2-dogs and 2-cats while we went away for 10-days. She took very good care of our furry family. Our home was in good condition when we returned. She followed our instructions well, and we would welcome her back again without hesitation.

Kassidy was absolutely fantastic! She watched my dogs for over a week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She kept me updated throughout the stay with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear my dogs were well cared for, loved, and happy. I came home to relaxed, healthy pups and a great overall experience. I would absolutely trust Kassidy with my dogs again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitter. Thank you, Kassidy!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
The average cost for House Sitting in Broadmoor on Rover is $49.56 per night (as of August 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.
Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .
As of August 2026, there are 7,782 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Broadmoor. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Broadmoor walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Broadmoor maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Broadmoor choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
