We had such a wonderful experience with Seng! She stayed in our home for four nights and took excellent care of our senior dog, Nala. Seng was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire stay, keeping us updated on when she was coming and going and sending lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She gave Nala tons of attention and love, including plenty of walks, playtime, and companionship. It was clear Nala was very comfortable and well cared for while we were away. Seng also took great care of our home and left everything extremely clean and tidy. We highly recommend Seng to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and caring pet sitter. We would absolutely book with her again!

Seng did such an amazing job!!! So communicative, and kind - my pets loved her! The amount of lovely photos and videos she sent during check ins was such a lovely way to go above and beyond. :)

This was our first experience using Rover and Seng was wonderful! From our first meet and greet we could tell she is very experienced working with dogs. Our dog can be timid around new people and she was very patient with him. Once we were on our trip she sent frequent updates and photos of our dog so we always knew he was being taken care of. She is very responsive to messages and easy to work with!

Seng went above and beyond my expectations. I scheduled her to drop in twice a day for my two cats and she showed up on time and was very communicative. She played with and gave them both lots of love despite their different personalities. She genuinely loved them like her own. They were fed, freshly watered, loved on. She even went so far as to do extra chores like water my plants, keep the house tidy, and groom the cats without being asked. She sent lots of photos and videos. They almost seemed disappointed to see me when I came home because she gave them so much attention. Loved working with Seng. I highly highly recommend her as a cat sitter!!

This was our first time booking with Seng and she was absolutely amazing! We were in a situation where we needed help walking our dog for several days on short notice and Seng was very accommodating and scheduled a meet and greet for the following day. She was very warm, kind, and affectionate towards our dog and he loved her. She was always on time, communicated well, and sent great photo updates throughout the walk. We look forward to having Seng look after our dog again!
