“I planned a week long trip and was desperate to find someone to take care of my puppy, Biscuit. I looked everywhere for a place good enough to take care of my baby. I even ruled out most of my friends and family because they wouldn't have enough experience to be a good sitter. I looked at kennels but I didn't want him to be caged up for such a long time. I came across Rover.com on yelp and I decided to check it out. One of the first names that came up on my search was Allison. Her profile was the most comprehensive and well thought out so gave her a call to set up a meeting. We met at dog park which I was a little nervous about because Biscuit is pretty scared of other dogs. Allison's dog Moses was very social and really good with him so I was relieved. Allison and her husband Gordon were also great. They asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that they kept Biscuits on his regular routine. On the trip Allison sent about 7 or 8 pictures every other day and let us know how he was doing. That is a big plus and really put me at ease so I could enjoy my vacation. He looked like he was having such a good time I was worried that he would want to stay. I highly recommend Allison as a sitter and would definitely use her services again soon.”

Ocean has a handful of special monitoring needs due to a chronic GI condition and his playful interest in exploring, if not trying to consume, anything. Perry is extremely conscienscious and is very alert to Ocean's behaviors. Perry is also wonderful at making sure my dog is properly back in his kennel area when he drops off and leaves. Ocean is also over the top happy and excited the moment he realizes Perry is coming to walk and play with him. Our pup gets very anxious/scared of certain breeds, to ensure the safety of all dogs, I will no longer be able to board French Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, American Bullies, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Viszlas, Large Doodles and German Shepards** Apologies for any inconvenience this may bring. I have raised animals all my life- ranging from cats, dogs, fish, hamsters and even lizards! I own a 2 year old small mixed pup who makes a great playmate! I have volunteered for my local SPCA for several years and helped foster and trap feral kitties for a healthy future. I currently walk dogs and work part time at a dog hotel so I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, ages and needs. DROP OFF/PICK UP: Due to landlord's request, dogs must be dropped off no earlier than 7am and picked up no later than 10pm. I am very flexible if plans change and would be more than happy to accommodate to new changes in pickup/drop off times as long as they are in this time frame. If anything changes, please let me know at least a day before. I currently freelance and walk dogs part time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pup! My dog, Rose, makes a great playmate/buddy if your dog has a lot of energy or can get anxious! I take the dogs out every 2-3 hours to ensure they have plenty of potty breaks, playtime and time to sniff! I have a large fenced in yard (photos provided) to ensure your dog has a lot of space to run around and explore. If your dog needs a morning and/or evening walk please let me know! COMPLEMENTARY BATH: Having taken my past dogs to boardings and working at a dog hotel, I understand how smelly/dirty some pups can get when they are having fun. Due to this, I happily offer complimentary baths for those stays that are 7 days or longer! If you dog has anxiety around baths, let me know, I would be happy to try for a wipe down and brushing as a substitution. SENIOR/DISABLED PUPS: I have a soft spot for my senior pups! Unfortunately due to past incidents, I can no longer take on dogs that are older than 12 years of age. I apologize for any inconvenience! If your dog is a senior or has mobility issues, please let me know prior to booking. The living part of my home is on the second floor so there are stairs. I am more than happy to carry and assist your pet if needed, just let me know! If your dog wears diapers or has trouble with their bladder, I am more than happy to have them wear diapers or put pee pads on the floor- please bring them. I do have some disposable ones just in case! I also have a pet stroller if your little guy likes to get fresh air and wants to go on walks with Rose! Currently, I work part time Friday-Sunday in the morning, so I have plenty of time to play with your pup! We will start our day by going in the backyard to get some exercise/ bathroom breaks. As soon as your pup gets back inside, I will prep their breakfast and separate them during feeding time. If you dog takes a morning walk, we will do so after around the quiet neighborhood. I take the dogs out every two/three hours or more if needed to ensure they get plenty of time outdoors! We love the beach! Your furry friend may be seen there on multiple occasions throughout their stay :) I have a large, double fenced backyard and monitor the dogs at all times when they are outside. Because some dogs can be food aggressive, I ALWAYS separate dogs during meal time.

Although I don't have professional pet care experience yet, I'm responsible, patient, and committed to following each pet owner's instructions to make sure their pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I'm excited to provide loving care for both cats and dogs. I am currently a university student and have a very flexible schedule, especially during the summer months when I am not taking classes. This allows me plenty of availability throughout the week for pet care services. I can plan my day around visits, walks, check-ins, and can accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening care depending on the client's needs. Although I don't have formal professional experience in pet care, I've cared for cats my whole life and understand their behavior, needs, and comfort. About: I love animals and have taken care of them - both my own pets and the pets of family, friends, colleagues, etc. I am available for drop-in visits and walks for both dogs and cats. I currently do gig work full time, which allows for full flexibility! I am able to work on a schedule or if my calendar allows, I am able to work on a flexible as needed basis depending on your pet's needs. I am all about details! If you have special instructions for the care of your pet, please know that I will follow them to the smallest detail. For drop-in visits, I make sure all doors and windows are closed as well as make sure the environment is safe for your furry family member. “My dog and I have been so happy we found Perry. Perry does an amazing job walking, playing and monitoring Ocean. Ocean has. a chronic GI condition and also wants to eat anything he can get to in the house or on walks. I've had a hard time finding someone who can really care for my dog. Perry Is extremely talented at looking out for things Ocean can get at. He also does an excellent job of redirecting If my dog starts having episodes of leash reactivity. It is evident Perry has strong training taking care of dogs. I appreciate that he listens carefully to what the plan is when he drops in and the thorough report and pictures. Best of all, my dog is really happy whenever he sees Perry. I am extremely comfortable knowing Perry can take great care of my mischievous and often sick dog.”
About: I've loved dogs since I was a kid and had one for over 16 years. Puppies, adults, older ones, big, small I like them all! I am in between jobs so I have nothing better to do than take your dog on a walk (it would give us both something to do). Depends on the dog, if yours is outgoing it's easier to breakthrough. If they're a little shy I let them come to me and win them over with pets

About: Hello! My name is Luisa and I've been a loyal dog sitter for the past 4 years to a sweet Shih Tzu. I also own a Shih Tzu myself. I have a variety of experience working in others homes (housekeeping, child care and private chef). If you have a full time job and hate leaving your fur baby alone, you'll be out of town/overnight, or just need someone to check in for walks and food, I would love to help! I’m extremely open and flexible with my time, as long as there is enough notice. I babysit outside the home once a week and have an active healthy lifestyle (the more walking the better!) About: I love any kind of pets, they are like the best thing in the world. I have them a lot of patience and I’ll follow any instructions that you give me. I have some regular pets booking already, I’m at home most of the time but like to fix my day to do multiple walks in the day.
