When one of our dogs became sick, he handled the situation with total professionalism and compassion—even going above and beyond by cleaning up after our dog’s diarrhea. We are incredibly grateful for his care and will absolutely book him again!

About: Hi friend, I'm Sophia, and my partner and I would love to walk and care for your dog! You can trust that your furry friend will be in compassionate and experienced hands with me. I've been caring for dogs and other pets since I was little, and I take pride in the trust and love that I've built with each animal. My experience spans walking, daycare, boarding, and more for both family and friends' dogs. I even fostered a sweet dog with anxiety for a year, ensuring they felt safe and loved. I've raised my dogs from young puppies through their senior years, and those who have crossed the bridge lived well into their late senior years, thanks to dedicated care. I have extensive experience with all ages and sizes of dogs, from house training energetic puppies to providing special care for incontinent seniors (ranging from 5 lbs to 125 lbs). Administering medications is also within my scope of care, ensuring your dog's health needs are met reliably. My friendly dog, a doodle, loves making new doggy friends and having playdates. I maintain a clean home with a fenced backyard because the well-being and safety of every dog I care for are my top priorities. You can trust me to provide a nurturing and secure environment for your beloved pet, always treating them with the utmost love and respect. I'm a full-time, pet-loving sitter you can trust completely. I am dedicated to providing exceptional care and will have plenty of time to play with and nurture your pups. I am available 24/7 for boarding, daycare, and walking, ensuring your dog receives the attention and love they deserve at all times. Rest assured, your furry friend will be in safe, caring hands with me. I have a fully fenced yard, providing a safe and secure environment for your furry pup. My friendly Golden Doodle will be a great companion, ensuring your dog has company and fun. You can trust me to take care of your pup 24/7, offering attentive and loving care whenever it's needed.

About: I have babysat: 1) a medium sized 50 lb hound mix dog for a month at a time every year for 13 years (over the course of its life time from when she was a puppy to death) whose personality was very energetic and anxious. It needed a lot of exercise everyday, stimulated play, and long walks which I happily enjoyed! But she also needed to be watched carefully to ensure she didn’t scare anybody by playfully jumping on them. She would tug a lot during walks and would get excited seeing other dogs but I’ve always managed to calmly steer her away if aggression showed or if the other person or dog she was meeting showed signs of being uncomfortable. This dog always stayed at my place when I babysat her. Made sure she was fed on time twice a day and provided fresh water everyday. 2) two cats at a month at a time for the past 4 years. Stayed at the owner’s place every time. Had to be fed at certain times twice a day, gave them treats throughout the day and attention whenever they requested it. Sometimes I would initiate the contact but if the cats weren’t feeling it, they would communicate it and I would stop. They were indoor cats so I also made sure that any windows that were open were secure and they couldn’t slip through. Had no issues of escaped cats. 3) an energetic 8 year old pomsky and an 18 yr old cat for 10 days. House-sat the owner’s place the entire time where I had to walk the dog 4 times every day at a set schedule and feed them both & provide medication to the cat at set times. The Pomsky was very energetic so also took the time during the afternoon to play with her when she had the zoomies. And have the cat tummy rubs and butt scratches whenever she requested it. 4) a large 50 lb, 2 year old, Old English Sheepdog (named Cura). House-sat & dog-sat Cura for 10 days in Los Angeles, CA. Highly energetic who needed a lot of exercise everyday. Very obedient and could be taken off leash. But I always establish a level of trust and learn the dog’s mannerisms before taking them off leash in the park or around the apartment/house block. Cura also had a tendency to be scared of aggressive dogs or loud noises so I always maintained a level of reassurance and safety with her. Also had to be aware of the high temperatures in LA (given the summer time), hence I’d walk her early in the morning and late at night. 5) a 5 yr old, 25 lb, hound whippet mixed dog named Phoebe - house sat and babysat her for 12 days. Highly anxious who needed to be administered an anxiety pill every morning and needed constant attention and long walks. 6) Hamsters - babysat them for a week at a time for friends whenever they went out of town. Fed and cleaned the box. Would occasionally bring it out of its cage to let it roam around the room in its ball. 7) I have my own pet - a red eared slider turtle who I claim to be my aquatic dog 😉. He is 18 years old and I got him when he was just the size of a quarter. But he gets excited to see me whenever I enter the room and will follow me in the apartment when I let him out to walk around. He can also recognize me out of a group of people! 8) I have a ton of plants that I have grown in the past 6 years - huge monstera (from a 1 foot baby to now a 7 ft giant with 30 inch wide leaves), verraccusum, constellation monstera, cacti, pothos, glorosium, etc. I’m currently unemployed (taking a hiatus from being an accountant in the corporate world) so I have all the time to take care of your pet(s). Available anytime to feed, walk, play, and assist in providing medication. I have a pet turtle that I’ve had for 18 years that I have by a sunny window. But every other day, I’ll let him out in the apartment to walk around and explore (but he will often just follow me around😉). I currently live in an apartment that doesn’t allow dogs or cats so over the last few years, I’ve always taken care of pets at the owner’s place. Either living at their place or coming to their place at set times to feed and/or walk their pets.

About: My personal approach to dog care is grounded in genuine care for their well being. Working with my clients I provide prompt communication to ensure your dog is safe, happy, and healthy! Growing up my family had a beautiful 30lb dog that I helped care for from a puppy to old age. Being a part of this process has shown me how to support dogs in each stage of life from rambunctious puppies (structure, training and enrichment) to easing the aging process (special diet, new steps to climb onto the couch, shorter walks etc). Depending on the activity needs of your pup, I’m happy to provide daily walks or short runs (1-3 miles). I'm currently taking a gap year so I have plenty of time for your pups! I'm available weekdays and, with advance planning, can provide housesitting through weekends as well. I live in a single family home with three dogs. However, our family dogs like their space, and it is not available for dog boarding.

About: I've loved dogs since I was a kid! My first dog was a Chow Chow when I was five years old, and I adored him until the day he passed. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes with much joy to me. Friends and family often count on me to walk, feed, and spend time with their pets, and I genuinely love every second of it. I treat every pet with patience, affection, and the same care I’d want for my own. I am currently working part time as a Behavioral Aide for toddlers on the autism spectrum. Afternoon and evenings are open for me and I am avaliable for dog walking, house sitting, and drop-in visits during this slot. I will offer the best possible care for your pet during our walks and/or visits. I do not offer boarding in my home as my arrangements do not allow it but I am open to house sitting and providing your dog and feline friends what they need according to what you know is best for them!

Regina did a fantastic job of watching our dog Daisy while we were in Asia for 3 weeks. It's a long time to be away and we were relieved that Daisy was so well-cared for. She got lots of love and attention. Regina communicated with us daily with pictures and updates. She took Daisy on walks, played with her and snuggled with her. We came back last night and Daisy was happy to see us, but looking for Regina. Also, Regina left our house neat and tidy, just like we left it.
