“Lilit responded to my last minute request for someone to house sit with my doggie and boy am I glad she did! She met with me the day after I first messaged her and she jived very well with my doggie right off the bat. Throughout my trip she kept me updated with daily pictures as well as a schedule breakdown of what care she was providing. I copied and pasted one of these breakdowns below. But one of the best parts what that when I got back to my clean and wonderful home I was met with both a happy puppy and a beautiful drawing of my happy puppy courtesy of Lilit. She also left the place so tidy when she left. When I returned, Zuko was calm and happy. I can't recommend Jess enough!
Matt took great care of my puppy, Crosby, while I was gone for a weekend! We did a meet and greet beforehand and Crosby took right to him. Matt and his wife were great communicators all weekend: showed up right on time and sent lots of picture updates. We hope they’ll come back again!

This was my first time leaving my dog with someone on Rover. The whole experience was pretty easy, and fortunately, I booked with Samson. He was great to coordinate with from communications to the meet and greet, and during the sit. He really gave me peace of mind, and I returned home to a clean home and content dog.
Patricia was fantastic! She stayed overnight with my cats while I was in France and texted me updates the entire time, so I never had to wonder how they were doing. My cats are very picky about people, but I could tell they loved her from the moment they met her, which almost never happens. She worked hard to make them comfortable and was so attentive, and she always got back to me quickly. She was also a pleasure to meet in person and is just such a sweet person. Etna took great care of our miniature poodle Hazel while my wife and I were away for a long weekend. We loved the photos and informative updates. Etna also took great care of the house while we were gone—she even washed the bedding she used, and she used a sprinkling of cinnamon (excellent trick she suggested) to keep ants from getting close to Hazel’s food! I highly recommend Etna for dog walking and for in-home stays—she’s very reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. (Or, put another way, and given her experience and dedication: She’s very professional, and my wife and I felt very comfortable leaving Hazel and our house in her care.)

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
