I moved to California from the Netherlands a few years ago. I am looking for new pet sitting clients in the East Bay or San Francisco. I can do overnight pet sitting as well as walks or visits during the day. I also live right by Lake Merritt so if you live nearby, I’d love to take your dog on walks around the lake. A full loop around the lake takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes (a little over 3 miles). I can pick up and drop off your dog at your house. I have several years experience in cat sitting as well as several years dog sitting and dog walking (middle-aged Labrador, middle-aged German Shepard mix, and puppy Border Collie). I work swing shift (roughly from 3-11pm) on Sunday-Thursday. So, I’m available for drop-in visits or walks during the morning/early afternoon. Manuel was wonderful with Hampton again, and this stay was especially meaningful to us. The day before we were scheduled to leave, Hampton experienced some symptoms related to his condition, which understandably made us nervous about traveling. Manuel was incredibly thoughtful and caring throughout it all and never hesitated about continuing with the stay. Hampton is getting older and is on several medications, so he sometimes needs more frequent potty breaks and extra patience when taking his meds. Manuel was more than happy to adjust to his needs and was incredibly patient with him. We also really appreciated the regular updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a happy Hampton and a spotless home. We’re very grateful for the care Manuel gives him and would absolutely trust him with Hampton again.
I was so grateful that Cassandra and her daughter (who’s also on Rover) watched my dog, Shaya, after a very last minute cancellation from another sitter.
