Hi, I’m Sophia! I’ve been around animals my whole life and feel passionate about pet care and wellbeing. I’m a work-from-home dog mom of two, and I want to bring my enthusiasm for animal care to others! I provide dog walking, drop-in and housesitting services, with an emphasis on exploration and nurture. I offer a personalized experience for each pet, and aim to ensure that during my time with them, their normal routine is maintained and by the time I leave they’re as happy as can be. Thanks so much for considering me to be a caregiver for your doggo or kitty. I can’t wait to explore and learn with your pet. Note: When I housesit, my lovely husband cares for our dogs, and I typically pop home for ~2 hours a day to see them. This can be adjusted based on the needs of your pets!

I value creating a calm but clear environment for all the animals I work with. I have experience training dogs in easy commands (sit, stay etc) and always communicate with the client about how to best communicate with their dogs, as well as any stickier behaviors that I should be aware of while caring for their pet.

Sophia watched our home and pets for almost two weeks and we could not be happier with the level of care and communication she provided. She brought our dog some extra puzzle toys to keep her busy and put together kongs for her. She also bonded with our particular cat and gave her lots of attention and brushing. Sophia sent photos and updates every day and took care with lots of updates when our dog had some soreness in her feet and legs. Our house was also super tidy when we got home. Can’t recommend Sophia highly enough!
Sophia is an incredible pet sitter, run don’t walk to book her! Sophia came over for a meet and greet a few weeks before my travel dates to get familiar with my dog, cat, and home. While I was away, I received numerous detailed updates with photos and descriptions of their day together. Sophia was also an MVP while I figured out a nightmare travel day home - multiple cancelled flights and delays - she quickly responded to texts and ensured my girls would be taken care of beyond our initial booked dates. Once I finally arrived home, my house was spotless - bed sheets and towels washed, dishwasher loaded, carpets vacuumed, trash taken out. But the most telling was how calm and comfortable my dog and cat were 🥰 Excited to see me, but clearly had a very enjoyable, loving week hanging with their new BFF. Thank you Sophia! I will 100% be booking again soon!
Sophia did a great job caring for our cat and dog over the long weekend. We appreciate her updates and she leaves everything in great shape!
Sophia did a great job caring for our dog and cat while we were out of town for a couple nights. We appreciated her proactive and thorough communication and the updates she sent! She bonded quickly with our dog who is not always great with new people. She also gave a lot of tlc to our cat. Our house was spotless when we got home which was so nice to return to! Would definitely recommend Sophia and work with her again!
Sophia did incredible with our dog, Bryn. She sent daily pictures and was very attentive with all the complicated instructions I gave. Bryn seemed very happy when we came home and he got more walks with Sophia than he usually gets with me. I highly recommend Sophia, we'll be rebooking soon!

Harmonogram
I work from home full-time and am available for walks during the day. I mostly work an east coast schedule so am always down to go on a mid-afternoon hiking/trail adventure with your pup!
