About: I was raised in a rural area surrounded by all kinds of animals, and we always had dogs and cats growing up. I have had the pleasure of dog and cat sitting numerous times over the years. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and enjoy spending time with them. I'm new to the Bay Area and looking to devote my time to your pet's schedule. I'm looking forward to getting outside and exploring new neighborhoods with some furry friends. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. About: I’m a full time artist and WFH sitter with over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages including Puppies, seniors, special needs pets, and sensitive personalities. I live a calm and quiet lifestyle with my senior corgi, Mochi, and my sweet, dog friendly cat, Mumu. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will get steady attention, a peaceful environment, and care that never feels rushed. My dog Mochi is 10 and has had many health issues, including back leg mobility problems. Caring for her has given me strong experience with senior dogs, medication schedules, mobility support, slow routines, anxious pets and even stroller walks. I grew up with many pets, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve experienced a negligent sitter in the past whose carelessness sent my dog to the hospital. A little about why I joined Rover: I recently moved into a larger space which has allowed me to comfortably host more pets. I also decided to start pet sitting as a way to help offset the rising costs of my senior dog’s insurance. It’s important to me that I can continue providing the best care for her and Rover lets me do that while offering attentive, reliable care to other pets as well. I WFH so I’m home most of the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine I already have a senior dog with daily feeding, meds so I’m used to gentle and structured care throughout the day. I take breaks to give pets attention, walks, playtime and lots of calm company. Your pet would be part of my daily rhythm not an afterthought I maintain a calm and supervised home where safety comes first. Pets get slow introductions and secure spaces and constant oversight since I work from home. My corgi is crate-trained and my cat has high-ground access so everyone has their own safe zones. I follow your schedule exactly : feeding, walks, meds, and activities so your pet stays on their normal routine. They’ll have a safe comfortable place to play or nap all day and can sleep with me at night if they'd like to. Diet & Feeding I follow your pet’s exact feeding schedule and portion sizes to keep everything consistent. I always make sure pets stay hydrated, especially in warmer weather. I feed my dog and guest dogs separately to avoid any food guarding or stress during mealtimes. Hygiene & Cleanliness I keep pets clean and comfortable throughout the day : wiping paws if needed, cleaning eye discharge and keeping their space tidy. I’m very detailoriented about maintaining a clean safe environment. Walk Safety All dogs are leashed outdoors at all times. I stay alert around other dogs separate pets immediately if there are signs of stress or tension and prevent ground eating or unsafe sniffing areas. I’m always attentive and I clean up after them every time. Sleeping Arrangements My own dog prefers her own bed and doesn’t sleep with me but your dog is welcome to sleep wherever they feel comfortable whether that’s in their own bed, the crate or in the bed with me for extra comfort. I make sure every pet has a safe cozy sleeping setup.

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and have always loved being around animals. Growing up, I regularly helped care for my family’s dogs whenever they needed support, which gave me plenty of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I’m also a cat parent to my two kitties, Michi and Kiki, whom I’ve raised since they were just 8 weeks old. They’ll soon be two years old! Caring for them has given me daily experience with cat care, routines, playtime, and creating a calm, comfortable environment for pets. About: I’ve been raising a very cute black pug for four years. For some reason, I couldn’t bring him with me and I miss him a lot. I really love dogs, so I’d love to do some dog-related work in my free time. I’m happy to let dogs on the sofa or bed, since I always clean them up after walks to make sure both they and the environment stay clean. I’ve spent time with many different dogs, including some that were initially unfriendly. By offering treats, approaching them slowly, and taking the time to get to know them, I was able to build trust. I’m very patient with dogs! From Monday to Friday, I’m usually out for 2–4 hours a day, but I’m home all day on weekends. During my free time, I’m happy to take dogs out to play. 1. Diet: I carefully control meal portions and feeding times, and always make sure dogs stay hydrated—especially in hot weather. After walks, I wait 5–10 minutes before giving them water. 2. Hygiene: I clean eye discharge promptly and keep both the dogs and their environment clean. 3. Exercise: I walk dogs 2–3 times a day. 30min/walk. 4. Playtime: In my free time, I love playing fetch, tug-of-war, or hide-and-seek with them. 5. Companionship: I spend as much time with them as possible. 6. Safety on walks: Dogs are always leashed outside. I stay alert when they interact with other dogs and separate them immediately if there are signs of aggression. I also make sure they don’t eat things off the ground, and I always clean up after them. 7. Sleeping: I used to sleep with my own dog, so if your dog is used to that, they’re welcome to join me too.

You are welcome to bring a Kennel for your furbaby if they are use to using one. In my experience, they are helpful during feeding times and when personal space is needed. Sometimes they provide a bit more comfort to them when in an unfamiliar place. But for the most part, all pups have the freedom to roam as they wish. My specialty is in-house pet care, but taking the babies for walks is always possible. I provide homestyle daycare and boarding 24/7. Pups will never be left unattended. Lady K's Doggie Lounge and my clients are top priority for me. I offer a calm, free to roam environment. Kennels are only used for feedings and sleeping if needed. I can and will maintain your pets current schedule/ routine if necessary.

About: hi! i’m supriya :) i’m a cat mom to a sassy tortie named tiger, who accompanied me all throughout my college experience! i also love & miss my sweet & shy cavapoo (who lives with my parents on the east coast). i’m experienced with all the basic caretaking for cats & dogs, including but not limited to: dog-walking, brushing, clipping nails, feeding dry & wet food, giving oral medication, litter cleaning, teasing my cat with laser toys :P & lots & lots of cuddles <3 i also cared for three different pairs of gerbils & am familiar with cage-cleaning, feeding, setting up baths, cuddling, & so on. i’m open to gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc! i’m a grad student, so my schedule is flexible based on my classes! i’ll have more availability this summer (in july & august) as well :) i will always ensure that your pet gets attention & care! i understand that if you’re traveling or out of the house, this might be the only interaction your pet is getting that day, & i will be mindful of being present with them & providing them with lots of love <3 i’m happy to take photos to send if you’re missing them! & let me know about their favorite activities :P

About: I’ve owned dogs since I was 5 years old. I love pets and currently have two Guinea pigs! I’ve taken care of elder dogs, puppies, dogs with health problems, usually for friends and family. No pet is a bad fit for me :) As a PhD student, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I am available when most aren’t. About: I’ve taken care of of dogs since I was about 7, I’ve owned two as a child growing up. As an adult I spent most of my years as a single soldier as a mechanic and many of my coworkers need it sitters for a variety of dogs that I was always happy to assist with. Currently I’m a full time student working on my degree in audio design. I typically have classes twice a week with one online. On the weekends I dj Saturday nights 9-1am. I’m a very active person I run 2 miles to the gym at 6am 5 times a week and walk back after my workout. I’m a 16 year military veteran and have a lot of past experience with helping raise, walk and watch a variety of different animals while I was single and on active duty so now that I have more time on my hands it would be a great way to stay active throughout the week! I typically don’t keep animals at my home, but in other people’s home I always like to be introduced to the pet by the owner and have a very in depth overview of the things their animals absolutely do not like. After that I really like to know the owners worries and what things they need in terms of communication to keep them comfortable. As for the interaction I definitely want to be slow with the pet has any sort of anxiety but I love to give them lots of attention weather that’s to play with them talk to them or let them get comfortable by sitting on my lap or holding them.
