About: I was raised in a rural area surrounded by all kinds of animals, and we always had dogs and cats growing up. I have had the pleasure of dog and cat sitting numerous times over the years. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and enjoy spending time with them. I'm new to the Bay Area and looking to devote my time to your pet's schedule. I'm looking forward to getting outside and exploring new neighborhoods with some furry friends. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. I stick closely to their pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications to help them feel secure and stress-free. About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and have always loved being around animals. Growing up, I regularly helped care for my family’s dogs whenever they needed support, which gave me plenty of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I’m also a cat parent to my two kitties, Michi and Kiki, whom I’ve raised since they were just 8 weeks old. They’ll soon be two years old! Caring for them has given me daily experience with cat care, routines, playtime, and creating a calm, comfortable environment for pets. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treat every pet with the same love and attention I give my own. I am currently a master’s student at UC Berkeley. Most days of the week, I end classes at 1pm, so I will be available after that, Sundays and Saturdays the whole day! I have a large apartment for your pup to play in! I also have an outside space for your pup to play in with supervision. About: I’ve owned dogs since I was 5 years old. I love pets and currently have two Guinea pigs! I’ve taken care of elder dogs, puppies, dogs with health problems, usually for friends and family. No pet is a bad fit for me :) As a PhD student, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I am available when most aren’t. I can accommodate pet care into my schedule because I have the freedom to choose my hours. I always try my hardest to meet my clients expectations. About: I’ve been raising a very cute black pug for four years. For some reason, I couldn’t bring him with me and I miss him a lot. I really love dogs, so I’d love to do some dog-related work in my free time. I’m happy to let dogs on the sofa or bed, since I always clean them up after walks to make sure both they and the environment stay clean. I’ve spent time with many different dogs, including some that were initially unfriendly. By offering treats, approaching them slowly, and taking the time to get to know them, I was able to build trust. I’m very patient with dogs! From Monday to Friday, I’m usually out for 2–4 hours a day, but I’m home all day on weekends. During my free time, I’m happy to take dogs out to play. 1. Diet: I carefully control meal portions and feeding times, and always make sure dogs stay hydrated—especially in hot weather. After walks, I wait 5–10 minutes before giving them water. 2. Hygiene: I clean eye discharge promptly and keep both the dogs and their environment clean. 3. Exercise: I walk dogs 2–3 times a day. 30min/walk. 4. Playtime: In my free time, I love playing fetch, tug-of-war, or hide-and-seek with them. 5. Companionship: I spend as much time with them as possible. 6. Safety on walks: Dogs are always leashed outside. I stay alert when they interact with other dogs and separate them immediately if there are signs of aggression. I also make sure they don’t eat things off the ground, and I always clean up after them. 7. Sleeping: I used to sleep with my own dog, so if your dog is used to that, they’re welcome to join me too.

You are welcome to bring a Kennel for your furbaby if they are use to using one. In my experience, they are helpful during feeding times and when personal space is needed. Sometimes they provide a bit more comfort to them when in an unfamiliar place. But for the most part, all pups have the freedom to roam as they wish. My specialty is in-house pet care, but taking the babies for walks is always possible. I provide homestyle daycare and boarding 24/7. Pups will never be left unattended. Lady K's Doggie Lounge and my clients are top priority for me. I offer a calm, free to roam environment. Kennels are only used for feedings and sleeping if needed. I can and will maintain your pets current schedule/ routine if necessary.

About: I’ve taken care of of dogs since I was about 7, I’ve owned two as a child growing up. As an adult I spent most of my years as a single soldier as a mechanic and many of my coworkers need it sitters for a variety of dogs that I was always happy to assist with. Currently I’m a full time student working on my degree in audio design. I typically have classes twice a week with one online. On the weekends I dj Saturday nights 9-1am. I’m a very active person I run 2 miles to the gym at 6am 5 times a week and walk back after my workout. I’m a 16 year military veteran and have a lot of past experience with helping raise, walk and watch a variety of different animals while I was single and on active duty so now that I have more time on my hands it would be a great way to stay active throughout the week! I typically don’t keep animals at my home, but in other people’s home I always like to be introduced to the pet by the owner and have a very in depth overview of the things their animals absolutely do not like. After that I really like to know the owners worries and what things they need in terms of communication to keep them comfortable. As for the interaction I definitely want to be slow with the pet has any sort of anxiety but I love to give them lots of attention weather that’s to play with them talk to them or let them get comfortable by sitting on my lap or holding them.

About: I grew up in a family that rescued and fostered over 50 animals, which instilled a deep passion for and comfortableness with animal care. In the past 10 years , I have provided short term and long term care for cats ranging in age from 8 weeks to senior. This has included giving oral medication, pills, and post-surgery care. I’m fortunate to also have a strong network of folks with pet care and veterinary expertise who are knowledgeable advisers when I need it. In all situations, I lead with compassion for the animal first :) My work schedule is flexible and largely work-from-home with no location requirement, meaning I am easily able to housesit with a pet on most days. I have my own car so can travel as needed as well. Unfortunately I am unable to provide overnight stays for a pet in my home. However, I am happy to housesit, and can also provide plant care if needed! How I care for your pet in your home is up to your preferences, but when I am able I always try to be home with the pet throughout the day providing play and attention as needed :)

She was flexible and accommodating with my last minute request as my original plan for the weekend fell through. The meet & greet went really well with Emmy, and Yena asked all the questions that make a pet owner feel comfortable and confident leaving their loved one in her hands. During the booking, Yena sent thorough and fun updates along with several photos of each drop by and tracked her routines even reaching out a day where Emmy didn't finish her food but noted that she was still excited about treats. Reassuring me that she cared about Emmy, wanted to know if I felt anything was off, and understood the stress some animals can experience when their owners are away. She even washed her food and water bowls that were getting a little grimy! About: I am a pawrent of one doggo and two gattos. I love to pet sit for my friends (cats, dogs, bunnies, anything w a heartbeat). Grew up on a cow farm and married a vet tech, my dark clothes have always had some sort of pet fur. Given special diets, special care and homemake treats. Currently a part-time lifeguard, so tons of time to hangout w your fur baby! I mostly work mornings (5am-9am weekdays, 7am-11am weekends). Any time outside of that is available to be spent caring for pets :) I assure the pet is acquainted and comfortable with me in order to work together. Love to bring homemade treats and make a puzzle for them to find it. Will always adhere to any restrictions and make sure we are on the same page.
