About: I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats since birth and have spent my whole life building a deep understanding of animal behavior and care. About: I have cared for pets my entire life. My family had dogs and I owned a horse that I cared for and paid for since I was 13 until I left home for college. St that point I gave her to a person that would take care of her as I would. Since that time I have adopted cats as I lived in homes that did not allow dogs . I had to get my dog time in caring for friends and neighbors dogs whenever I could I’m currently working but have a flexible schedule. For the last 10+ years I have been pet sitting and walking my neighbor's pets and this summer I'd like to expand my reach to the rest of the East Bay. I have experience administering medication, cooking food for pets, and making dogs feel at ease in my presence. In the last year or so I have picked up some dog training, and I would be happy to incorporate some of this training into my walks with your pup. Summer 2026 will be an extremely flexible time for me to pick up pet walking/sitting gigs. I have a dog of my own that will join dog walks only if my client is okay with it. I have a fenced yard and a housemate who works from home and loves dogs as well. I make sure my dog gets plenty of time outside and some movement throughout her day.
About: I appreciate the love and energy that dogs bring into one’s life! I had five dogs at a young age, and I grew up with one dog for 10 years. Although I don’t have professional training, I tend to care for pets as if they were my own! I am currently working full-time Monday through Friday, so my availability starts after 4:30pm. My weekend availabilities are more flexible. I am always open to ideas and feedback! I always go by what you (the owner) prefers when it comes to pet care. When at home, I make sure the pet is in a visible area, and I make sure there aren’t any hazards that are easily reached by the pet. This was a long hall being separated from Edger for a month. Te' did a great job. So many litter box refreshes, many cans to open and serve and dental treats to dispense. All done expertly. I go home earlier than expected but no reason to adjust any payout. My place was as good as I found it and Edger actually met me at the door late in the night of my return. Thanks to Te' my month out of California ended peacefully and calmly.
