Patti was thorough on making sure our dogs were cared for in case of an emergency by asking for vet information and emergency vet contacts. On our first trial session with Patti one of our dogs was sprayed by a skunk the nite before and we did our best to remove the skunk smell but it still had a strong oder that lingered. Patti was understanding of the situation and managed to still help us out and walked and feed our pups! We are so grateful and appreciative of her help. She even was kind enough to bring in our packages left at our door. She was on time and was able to manage walking both our Alaskan Huskies!
