About: I’ve taken care of my puppy and have experienced training him since he was 8 weeks old and now he’s over 2 years old and very energetic and playful. I’ve also taken care of my cat and experienced administering medications through injection and orally when he got really sick. He’s now 5 years old and thriving. I work from home 3 times a week so I have flexibility and on the days I’m in office, I can still make time early morning or evening. We live in a single family home and have dog gates to separate cats and dogs as needed to give them safe spaces. We also have a fenced backyard so doggies can run and play catch.

About: I was lucky enough to have some amazing dogs in my life. As a teen a yellow lab named Bandit helped me through some of the toughest times of my life just by being my dog. Later in life a giant schnauzer named Effie came into my life. She was a big girl weighing in at 115 lbs. She was not the most energetic but navigating through day to day tasks with such a big dog is not for the unprepared. Those dogs gave me their greatest years and the combined experience they both granted me with their time here has prepared me to deal with any type of dog; regardless of shape or size and even personality type. I currently find myself with a ton of free time and I don't have any pets at this point in my life but have always missed the company of a cat or dog since I have grown up around animals for most of my life. I plan to care for a pet the same way I would perform any job or duty with the upmost of attention and care. Your pet would be cared for as if they were a human child. During walks I would watch our surroundings carefully to keep us both out of danger, of course water will be provided as well. I am fully prepared to tend to pets here at my home. I have hard wood floors so clean up would be no problem for me and there is a patch of grass in the back part of my apartment building.

She was incredibly attentive, trustworthy, easy to work with, and most importantly, genuinely caring toward Mellow. We came home to a very happy, relaxed cat and a clean and organized home. Patti also thoughtfully kept an eye on the feral cats in our backyard and made sure their automatic feeder was refilled on time. Since our stay was quite long and some dates fell under higher holiday rates, she kindly worked with us and adjusted the booking rates on her end, which we really appreciated.
