About: I have been lucky enough to provide care to clients and their pets for the last 10 years. I have fostered, facilitated adoptions, and coordinated care beyond boarding and daycare and enjoy the complex and companionable nature of the industry. I work from home and am available to provide round the clock care. A typical day begins with drop off in my yard between 7-9am and pick up from 4-7pm M-F but with some coordinating I am flexible depending on your needs. I have a three bedroom home, a fully fenced in yard, and very dog friendly furniture. The vibe is very much relaxed, fun, and spacious. Dogs are fed separately and ideally are crated at night.

About: I am a loving and friendly dog sitter! I grew up with two dogs, a poodle and a Chihuahua. My family currently has a bull terrier that I love very much. I also take care of my best friend's dog when she is out of town. I love dogs and going on walks so this combination is perfect for me. I am currently a nanny to one of nephews as needed but I am free every day during the summer to take care of your furry babies. I make sure I read their cues of needing water/food, when they need to pee/poop, when they're overstimulated, stressed, or happy. I also make sure to pet them and show them love by scratching them, patting them, and rubbing them. I also follow any schedule that is given to me to make sure they stick to their normal routine.

About: I’ve grown up with lots of pets and currently have four cats and a dog at home, so being around animals has always been a big part of my life. As a UC Davis student, I have the flexibility to spend quality time with pets and give them the attention they need. I love spending time with animals of any age and make sure to follow their routines and any special instructions, so they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. Caring for animals is something I’m passionate about, and I’m committed to providing dependable, attentive care every time. I also think that spending time caring for animals is a great way for me, as a college student, to get out of my apartment and do something healthy and fulfilling. I’m a UC Davis student working part-time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I’m usually available most evenings and weekends, and I also have gaps during the day when I can stop by to hang out with your pets. I like to make sure pets get plenty of attention and playtime, and I’m happy to work around your schedule to help however I can. I always make sure pets feel safe and comfortable. I follow any instructions you give me and keep a close eye on your pets so they’re happy and relaxed. Having grown up with lots of animals, I know how important it is to create a clean, calm space where pets feel at ease. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel cared for and comfortable.

“Cyndi was such a big help when my husband and I got a new puppy. She came over twice a week for two weeks to help us give him lunch and provide some snuggles and play time. Cyndi does a great job of updating you with photos and a summary of the time she spent with our pets. She also provides a lot of great information and feedback if you have questions about a veterinarian or food products/toys. Overall, she did a lovely job and we will definitely be using her for future puppy needs?”

About: I grew up in a large family of animal lovers, we've always had more pets than grandchildren! I've taken care of my own and other family and friend's pets, walking, bathing, and house sitting puppies to senior dogs. My main jobs require me to travel to my clients, so I'm consistently driving through East Bay. Pretty convenient for caring for your darlings ! I’d love to start and end my work days with them. I care for every pet as family and stick to any routines and preferences we discuss. I’ll always make sure pets are fed and walked regularly and tire them out with play and activities before they end their day. I can also give medications if needed. Special needs dogs and large pups welcome! My absolute favorite dogs are rescues, but I have experience walking dogs of all sizes, from mastiffs and newfies to shitzhus and terriers. I can do longer morning walks with enough heads up as well. Your dog's trust and safety is so important to me! I will spend time with you beforehand so that I can learn more about your pup and what they need. For walks, I will get to know your dog before we venture out on to the streets together. For dogsitting, I have a house checklist to make sure that your pup and space have the best care while you're away. I keep a safe distance from other dogs and people during walks.
