She is someone you can truly trust and rely on. We were away for three weeks, and she took wonderful care of our lovely cat, Mellow through a combination of drop-in visits and house sitting. She was incredibly attentive, trustworthy, easy to work with, and most importantly, genuinely caring toward Mellow. We came home to a very happy, relaxed cat and a clean and organized home. Patti also thoughtfully kept an eye on the feral cats in our backyard and made sure their automatic feeder was refilled on time. Her rates are also reasonable, and she was incredibly accommodating with us. Since our stay was quite long and some dates fell under higher holiday rates, she kindly worked with us and adjusted the booking rates on her end, which we really appreciated. You can truly tell that Patti genuinely loves and cares about animals. We felt completely at ease knowing Mellow was with her, and we will absolutely be reaching out to her again in the future. This was a long hall being separated from Edger for a month. Te' did a great job. So many litter box refreshes, many cans to open and serve and dental treats to dispense. All done expertly. I go home earlier than expected but no reason to adjust any payout. My place was as good as I found it and Edger actually met me at the door late in the night of my return. Thanks to Te' my month out of California ended peacefully and calmly.
Rong is fantastic! She’s taken care of my kitty a couple of times now and always does a great job. She’s been super accommodating to last minute schedule changes, and is always kind and thorough. My cat loves her and I feel so much better leaving knowing Rong is watching her!
