About: I have been around dogs my whole life, and taken care of them as well. I am good with animals and am very good at listening and fallowing instructions for them, I love interacting and being active with dogs and will do any number activities with them I have 3 cats so I take care of them when I’m home. And when I’m visiting family I also take care of there pets and that includes dogs and cats. I’m also an animal science minor at UConn so I’m around animals a lot when I’m at school. About: For two years, I spent over 350 hours volunteering with dogs at the SF SPCA, taking all available dog training courses and earning certifications to work with puppies and dogs of all behavioral levels. I also served as a dog “matchmaker” where I helped clients find their perfect companion. My soft spot has always been for the nervous, shy dogs. I love seeing how time, space, and gentleness can open them up. She handled a challenging situation -- one of the cats had been in the ER the day before I left, with meds to take but an uncertain diagnosis -- calmly and creatively.
