“Hope was recommended to us by another great Rover sitter, and we are really grateful. Hope is so friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. She made Coconut comfortable immediately. Her little dog Rocky is adorable and super friendly. Coconut loved going for walks and playing with Rocky's toys. Hope was great with sending text updates as well as photos and videos. Here's hoping Hope doesn't get too busy to have room for Coconut the next time we need her!”

“Thank you Ashish! It’s not easy leaving your pet with strangers, and Maya is not the easiest dog to handle , but you were very kind and patient with her. Thanks also for the photos and video, it was so nice seeing her at ease in your home. We will definitely use you again in the future.”

“Christine was amazing!! I had a last minute trip and was still unsure of the exact boarding dates I needed when I booked, but she was very understanding and accommodating. She was so kind and did a great job taking care of my dog - she kept me updated with lots of pics and even gave me a cute card and polaroid pic :) I highly recommend booking with Christine”

“Our dog had such a great stay with Monica and her family! They took great care of him, went on multiple outings (e.h. hikes, beach), and just loved him up. Also their dog was a great and friendly companion. We’d happily have him there in the future!”

“We are SO grateful we found Luna! Our usual dog care fell through right before a long out-of-state trip, and we were genuinely considering postponing because our senior dog, Indi, has recently been diagnosed with IBD and needs a specialized diet, daily meds, and a calm, attentive environment. She can get stressed easily in new places, which has previously led to tummy issues and even skin flare-ups — so we were very nervous about leaving her with someone new. From the very first message, Luna was incredibly warm, proactive, and thoughtful. She even offered to set up a meet-and-greet right away before we could ask, which immediately put us at ease. Once we dropped Indi off, it was clear Luna treats animals like family. Her own dog, Jim, also has IBD, so she had first-hand experience and comfort caring for a pup with similar needs. Throughout the two weeks, Luna provided detailed updates every single day — including meals, meds, walks, and yes, digestion reports (very appreciated 😂). She took so many adorable photos and videos that we could see how happy and relaxed Indi was. Our dog walker also commented on how noticeably happier and healthier Indi seemed while staying at Luna’s — her stools even improved (a true win for IBD dog parents!). Communication was flawless, kind, and reassuring the whole time. We felt completely at ease, which is priceless. We would absolutely book with Luna again and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a sitter who is caring, attentive, and truly exceptional. Indi came home happy, calm, and healthy — we couldn’t ask for more. 💛🐾”

“Danielle was very communicative and was very attentive to Zag. She sent lots of pics and vids, said she gave him a bath when he got dirty, and took him out for sunshine and playtime. He got along very well with her super sweet pup as well. Danielle also just seemed very sweet and good with dogs!”

“Our two little ones seem to have had the time of their lives. They arrived home happy and relaxed, and spoiled with home cooked food. Mariola provided daily pictures and updates. Could not have asked for more.”

“Luffy loves Kianna and her family and they love him! When I picked him up, he didn’t even notice I was there because he was too busy playing with the kids lol. Thank you for another great and worry free stay.”

“Chen was great with Bowser. He takes care of him, walks him multiple times a day, feeds him and is super responsive to queries. He shares videos and photos through out the day which is super lovely. Would recommend!”

“Maria was great with my poodle mix pita. She sent me updates and pictures. Her house is very clean and tidy. We will be booking with her again. Great experience. Thank you Maria!”

“Marlene was wonderful! She was very responsive, kind, and reliable. We met before, so she could be introduced to and ask questions about Birdy. She has a great home environment, and I definitely felt like my pup was in great hands. I would be more than happy to work with Marlene again (as would Birdy!)”

“They are just beyond amazing people who truly care and love dogs. Our dogs had amazing time with them, we can tell! There is no enough words to describe how beautiful people they are.”

“Kelly is attentive and took fantastic care for our dog - Aioli. Aioli quickly warmed up to Kelly and Bruiser - he received lots of attention and playtime. On top of that, she walked our dog and gave consistent updates throughout the duration of his boarding stay with her. We would definitely book with Kelly again!”

“Jonah was amazing to work with and took such great care of our dog. Maisy loved him as soon as she met him and it felt like she was part of his family during the stay. Thank you Jonah!”

“Ross was awesome! From our initial meeting, he asked all the right questions about the care and personality of my pup. During my pups stay, Ross was great about sending daily photos and updates on how my little guy was managing with my absence. I could see from the photos that my pup and Ross's pup were getting along really well... This left me feeling very comfortable that my pup was enjoying his 'vacation'. Thanks so much Ross! We look forward to Baxter staying with you again soon!”

About: Hi! My name is Vivi and I love dogs. (Actually, I love all animals!) I grew up with family dogs and adopted my own last year (she's a complete sweetie). I also have a cat, a bearded dragon, and fish. I worked in a local dog daycare and hotel for over three years and loved it! Now that I'm in a graduate program, I couldn't keep up the hours but missed the dogs. My favorite part of that job was walking the dogs and now I'd love to walk your dog. I really enjoy connecting with each dog, getting to know their personalities, taking care of them, and giving them the attention, stimulation, and fun that comes from being together and enjoying the day. I am currently working on my clinical hours for my degree and am busy Monday and Wednesday after noons 1-5pm and Thursdays at the same time and at 7am-10am every other week. Any other time is all good for me! When I take care of a pet, I care for them in any ways that they might need. I have had experiences with reactive dogs, dogs with specific medical needs, young dogs who are practicing training still, and senior dogs. I want to do what is most comfortable for the dog and am super happy to accommodate for any needs that they have when caring for them! I have experience reading and reacting to cat and dog body language and know when my presence is invited by them and when they might need more space. It's important to look for the animals consent and comfort when working with and taking care of them so they can remain as happy and stress free as possible!
“My dog had a great time and was taken care of so well! It was a last-minute booking, and he was so helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated him helping us out and making sure our dog was well cared for. Would definitely recommend!”

“Niyuan is an excellent pet sitter. Very responsible and reliable, and she communicated clearly and consistently the entire time. She kept detailed records of feeding and care, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I really appreciated how she maintained open communication throughout, always keeping me updated. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and attentive sitter.”

About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since childhood and deeply love connecting with animals. I supported my last dog through her later years and have sensitivity to the needs of elder puppies. I also enjoy the energy of younger dogs and live right near San Pablo park for dogs who like to socialize. I mostly work from home with occasional in person meetings during the week. I am available for pet care throughout the week and can let dogs out to the back yard throughout the day. I live in a quiet but lively neighborhood with lots of great areas to walk and sniff. The back yard is fenced in and allows space to lounge in the sun. There are no other pets or humans currently in the house so it is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. I don't take dogs from more than one household at a time. I check in on the pets I care for regularly and track their emotional as well as physical needs, giving pets and butt scratches often!

Leaving Nugget with Monica gave me immense peace of mind. From the moment we met for the meet and greet, she was communicative, welcoming, and most importantly, very tuned-in to what Nugget’s needs could be during his stay. Her home was a lovely place for Nugget to stay, and her dog and cat are wonderful companions and very well behaved. The walks in Tilden Park were an added privilege. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Danielle is a wonderful pet sitter! She is very personable, takes time to communicate throughout the day and sent photos of our Harley girl. She took Harley on lots of walks, something Harley loves to do and makes her so happy. She cared for Harley as if she were her own dog. We felt as ease knowing Harley was in capable hands. I highly recommend Danielle as a pet sitter. Traci Lawrence

Peter is so good with dogs, and you can tell he truly loves them. Our Seymour’s tail was blurry in each and every daily photo sent, which means he was really happy. And just in case it wasn’t certain he had a good time, I had such a hard time coaxing him into the car when it was time to go. He really didn’t want to leave. I’m grateful to Peter for taking care of our pup.
Jada is a fantastic pet sitter! She watched our eight-year-old dog, Lucky, for two weeks. Lucky has major separation anxiety, but Jada sent multiple updates throughout the stay and made us feel completely at ease. Lucky had a great time and was perfectly happy and relaxed when we picked him up. We will absolutely be using Jada's services again and highly recommend her to anyone.

Complete 5 Star experience!!! Martin was great and he made us feel safe and confident that Bao would be super cared for. Martin takes time to get to know your dog before the boarding, so that together you can come up with a plan to make sure that your dog's needs are understood and met. Martin made excellent suggestions and really showed that he is a dog whisperer. We will definitely use Martin again!!

Oscar (and we) had another great experience with Tosca. This time, he stayed for a prolonged time period and came home happy and well taken care of. Being able to socialize with another dog while there was an added bonus. Tosca was communicative and responsive as always.

“Brandon was great. He was willing and able to support our family with Maui, our sweet 3 year old American Bully who can look a bit scary and anxious in new environments. She responded so well to Brandon and he shared pictures and updates. I swear Maui had a smile on her face in one of the pictures! She eve. tried to stay when it was time for pick up! So thankful for Brandon!”

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
