Our usual dog care fell through right before a long out-of-state trip, and we were genuinely considering postponing because our senior dog, Indi, has recently been diagnosed with IBD and needs a specialized diet, daily meds, and a calm, attentive environment. She took so many adorable photos and videos that we could see how happy and relaxed Indi was. Our dog walker also commented on how noticeably happier and healthier Indi seemed while staying at Luna’s — her stools even improved (a true win for IBD dog parents!). Communication was flawless, kind, and reassuring the whole time. We felt completely at ease, which is priceless. About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life. I grew up with 4 bigs dogs. Recently I’ve been doing walks on apps, I’ve done over 70+ services ranging from taking care of old pets to very young ones. People always set me as their preferred walker since they love that I listen to their rules and go on long walks with their dogs. For a 60 minute walk I average about 2-3 miles, depending on the dog. I’m currently a student at San Jose State University and I look forward to doing some walks or other services on the weekends when I’m back home, also I can do walks or sittings on the weekdays when I off school. I have a fenced yard, the dogs and cats are allowed in the house and my room. I will make sure to always keep a lookout and have them be where I am at.

We recently boarded our Samoyed, Baloo, with Astur for four nights, and we couldn't be happier. Baloo had an absolute blast! Jeanette and her family are wonderful! We have a 3 year old pup Winnie who is wary of strangers, and has had only one boarding experience before that did not go well. Jeanette is so friendly and communicative - we did a walk so Winnie could meet her and a weekend trial before a longer 9 day stay. Winnie was excited to go back into the door after the trial, and was not overly anxious on her return home. Winnie was not used to being around other dogs and Jeanette did research on her breed to help accommodate her, and was so communicative with updates the whole time. So grateful to have found a reliable, loving, and affordable place for Winnie!!
Eric was absolutely wonderful with our dog Soba! He sent us regular updates with photos and videos throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Louis was great with my shy 8-year-old pittie. It normally takes at least a full day for Thor to warm up to new people, but after just a 15-minute introduction at Louis’s home, he acted like he’d lived there his entire life. Louis has a real gift for making anxious dogs feel comfortable and safe.

I'm just so pleased that my pup has somewhere he can feel safe at when he's not with us. He has some separation anxiety and prefers to stay with someone if we have to be gone for a few hours. We've been working with Zoe periodically over the last year, and after a handful of doggy day cares and boarding for just a night or two at a time he's comfortable enough to eat over there when he stays even for a few hours.
