About: Hi there! 🐾 I’ve always been a pet owner, and dogs have truly been a huge part of my life. Our beloved Gucci recently crossed the rainbow bridge at 16 years old on August 18, 2026. We were so lucky to have had such a long and beautiful life with him, but we miss him dearly. I’ve never understood why our furry friends get such a short time with us. All I know is that they are here to teach us one of the greatest lessons: unconditional love. ❤️ I’ve had three little dogs throughout my life. My Chihuahua, my first baby, lived to be 18 years old and had the amazing experience of living on both the East and West Coasts. Our Gucci followed, giving us 16 wonderful years of memories. Now we have our youngest, Rocky, a sweet 14-year-old Miniature Pinscher who is very chill and would absolutely love having some furry friends around. Rocky enjoys sleeping in, relaxing on the couch like a cat, and hanging out in his cozy bed. He’s very easygoing and happy to share his space with other friendly dogs. We also have a toddler who has been around dogs since birth and absolutely adores animals. Because of this, our home is a kid-friendly environment, and I’m happy to welcome dogs who are comfortable around children. Your fur baby would receive plenty of love, attention, cuddles, and care while staying with us. My husband is also the sweetest with dogs—no matter their size, somehow he always manages to carry them like a baby and give them lots of snuggles! 🥰 We live in Albany in a lovely area close to grassy spaces for walks, and we also have a dog park nearby. Whether your pup enjoys walks, cuddles on the couch, playtime, or simply relaxing, we’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with us. I know how difficult it can be to leave your fur baby with someone else, so my goal is to give you peace of mind knowing they are being treated like family. 🐶❤️ I am a stay at home mom and take care of my toddler and our doggy Rocky. We go on walks with our pup, cook, dance, read and enjoy every moment together. We live in a kid friendly apartment with our doggy Rocky. My counterpart and dog, Milkshake, is a great host and adapts well to the personality and boundaries of visiting pups. He is also great at bringing out visiting dogs' playful sides, and your pup will likely return home having been expelled all of their zoomies. I understand how important our pets are to all of us, one thing I love to do while caring for someones pet is to send them multiple photos/videos per day to show what their fur baby is getting up to. About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since childhood and deeply love connecting with animals. I supported my last dog through her later years and have sensitivity to the needs of elder puppies. My former Rover professional recently retired and I had to find a replacement. I was so, so glad I found this pair to watch my treasured Kyle. I have been interacting with Lucas. He is always prompt in meeting me when I drop off Kyle and when I pick him up. During our Meet and Greet Lucas showed me his home and doggie-perfect back yard. I was impressed. He also spent some time with me introducing me to the six other dogs that were there. The meeting was informative and a good chance for the two of us to see how Kyle fit in. Lucas is a true professional. He couldn't be better.
While visiting the Bay Area, we were lucky to find Yagmur. Montague had fun daycare visits with Yagmur for a few days. She kept us up-to-date during his stays with her, sending photos regularly and providing other updates on his other activities. We got a bit late picking him up one evening, Yagmur was the most accommodating about it. We highly recommend her for your dogs daycare or boarding needs. It was absolutely lovely for us and we would use Yagmur’s services again.
We were worried about leaving our new puppy for the first time, but Alisha set up a Zoom so we could meet her the day before and it was immediately obvious that she would take great care of our little guy. Then, when we dropped him off, he practically jumped into her arms and made himself at home in the space she has set up which is perfect for doggy guests. She sent us updates and pics throughout the evening. We are very glad to have Alisha nearby for the future. I especially appreciate her depth of knowledge -- she is a great resource for those of us who have limited experience with raising puppies!
