“Laurena did a wonderful job handling our "special needs" dog during our twelve day trip. Although he was very apprehensive at first, each day going forward they had more walks and playtime together. He even stayed near Laurena (under her dining room chair:) during mealtimes dinner time, even though he is very protective of his food bowl which was next to him. We got pics almost every day, which was great. Plus our home was thoroughly clean and sparkling when we returned, which we so appreciated. We are hoping to have Laurena come again in February!”

I especially appreciated his flexibility and willingness to accommodate my schedule, even during holidays. He stayed with fluffy once during thanksgiving and once on Christmas eve. One of my dogs is very nervous with new people and will continue to bark at visitors upon them entering the house or moving around for weeks. I’m sure she was not easy to live with, but Shard worked with her and made sure both dogs were walked, fed, and loved. They visited multiple times ahead of the trip to help aclimate our nervous pup and sent pictures throughout our trip.”
