“We are SO grateful we found Luna! Our usual dog care fell through right before a long out-of-state trip, and we were genuinely considering postponing because our senior dog, Indi, has recently been diagnosed with IBD and needs a specialized diet, daily meds, and a calm, attentive environment. She can get stressed easily in new places, which has previously led to tummy issues and even skin flare-ups — so we were very nervous about leaving her with someone new. From the very first message, Luna was incredibly warm, proactive, and thoughtful. She even offered to set up a meet-and-greet right away before we could ask, which immediately put us at ease. Once we dropped Indi off, it was clear Luna treats animals like family. Her own dog, Jim, also has IBD, so she had first-hand experience and comfort caring for a pup with similar needs. Throughout the two weeks, Luna provided detailed updates every single day — including meals, meds, walks, and yes, digestion reports (very appreciated 😂). She took so many adorable photos and videos that we could see how happy and relaxed Indi was. Our dog walker also commented on how noticeably happier and healthier Indi seemed while staying at Luna’s — her stools even improved (a true win for IBD dog parents!). Communication was flawless, kind, and reassuring the whole time. We felt completely at ease, which is priceless. About: I work for a professional dog service that's been open 10+ years with a private dog park. I'm looking for extra work other then working at the dog park. I also do two dog pack walks after the park with the dogs that cannot go to the due to a variety of issues including aggression and/or anxiety. Whenever there is an issue I am the go to for these dogs who love me with all their heart and I in return. Currently work from 9am-2:30pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 9am-12pm as a dog handler so I am available for afternoon/evenings. I am also free on the weekends. I have a three bedroom house with a large backyard with tall wooden fences and a chain link fence to access it. Two bedrooms are unoccupied so I have plenty of space available and also live near point Isabel.

About: I’ve owned dogs since I was a kid. Currently, have two, kind, and well behaved huskies in our huge backyard. Ready to share with other friendly dogs. Can also take out for walks at Point Isabel. I’m employed full time and work from home. My day follows the huskies flow so adding a few more friendly dogs to our routine is welcome. About: Longtime pet owner of two wonderful canines and previously a cat. I am extremely patient with all animals big or small, young or senior. I am well past the “squeamish” part of being a pet owner. No task is too much! I can take care of basic needs such as feeding, water, “poo patrol”, grooming, and playing. I am willing to go above and beyond to pamper your companions and give you peace of mind! I am currently a student attending Contra Costa College. My morning schedule, I can come in around 9am on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and the weekend. I am typically free daily after 2:15pm and on to take care of your fur babies afternoon or evening needs! I will always let a client know ahead of time whether I have upcoming school projects or whether i’ll be out of town. I believe in strong communication! For my dogs we live in an area with coyotes so we have high fences and no matter how late we monitor them when they are outside. Our front yard is fenced to avoid our dogs running out into the street however, as extra precaution when guests or visitors are outside they are behind their dog fence. Our dogs are crate trained so not only is it their “safe space” it is their sleep space, it is not used as punishment. Inside they have plush bedding and a water bowl. As for our cat, we had screens on windows to avoid him being outside, if he was outside it was on a cat leash, we took note of all the plants in our house whether they were toxic for our pets and we would spray holistic deterrents for our pets especially the cat.
About: I grew up around dogs and have a way with them. I work in the field of rescue and rehabilitation by profession, which takes me around the globe working with endangered species. Whenever I am home between contracts I love picking up any kind of work I can get with dogs! I have just finished a year in West Africa with chimpanzees and before that I was in Borneo rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing orangutans. I've worked with elephants in the same capacity in Sri Lanka, Zambia, Cambodia and Thailand, and with primates in Indonesia and Africa. I love animals and care deeply about them. I bring great amounts of attentiveness, patience and experience to this work and can work with any behavioral issue! The pets I care for relieve themselves when they wake and before they go to bed, they get exercised morning and evening, and get fed twice a day unless their owner specifies otherwise. They get plenty of love, affection and guidance! When I have a pet to care for their needs come first and foremost. With over a decade of experience rehabilitating and being a caregiver for all sorts of animals, I am keenly in tune with their well being and their needs. Whether they desire attention, want to relieve themselves, get exercise, or just have fun, I can tell and will provide them with all that they need, including unconditional love!

About: I’ve had experience with dogs and cats I’m very familiar with taking care of them and walking them making sure they are okay and what they need. I am currently a college student i work part time I am available weekdays like Tuesdays through Fridays and weekends from 2pm up until 6pm. I have a yard for my dog and my cats are indoor in which they are used to staying in and as for my dog he only goes to the yard to play and goes right back inside.
