“We had a wonderful experience boarding Zoe with Wenxin and her partner. We’ve been dealing with some allergies and they helped us keep up with her probiotics and cleansing foam. Zoe was well exercised and came home fully relaxed. They also went above and beyond with dropping her off at our house since they were in the neighborhood that evening, as well as supplementing her food when I forgot a meals worth. Highly recommend especially if you want your dog treated like family!”

“Our Luna girl stayed with Adam and Julie for over a week and this was herfirst stay with them. We did do a meet and greet a couple months before the actual stay so we had an idea if Luna liked Adam and Julie. Luna is normally a fairly reactive young puppy like adolescent with frequent barking and lungeing at people and dogs that distress her which can be many people and dogs. We went to their home for the meet and greet and Luna was fairly comfortable with Adam and Julie right off the bat. That was definitely a good sign. Two months later and Luna now 2 months older and more mellow has her stay with Adam and Julie. We picked Luna up after our trip and she was happy, playful, and reacted like she had a good stay. Julie and Adam gave us a full report and it seems everything went well. We got a daily picture of Luna sent via text which made us very happy to connect with her. Thanks to Adam and Julie for taking good care of our girl while we were on vacation.”

About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life. I grew up with 4 bigs dogs. Recently I’ve been doing walks on apps, I’ve done over 70+ services ranging from taking care of old pets to very young ones. People always set me as their preferred walker since they love that I listen to their rules and go on long walks with their dogs. For a 60 minute walk I average about 2-3 miles, depending on the dog. I’m currently a student at San Jose State University and I look forward to doing some walks or other services on the weekends when I’m back home, also I can do walks or sittings on the weekdays when I off school. I have a fenced yard, the dogs and cats are allowed in the house and my room. I will make sure to always keep a lookout and have them be where I am at.

About: For boarding, my house as a large yard for any dog to run around in. For walking, I likely spoil any dog with treats if allowed Currently as I look for new job opportunities, I am available most days to look after your dog. I have a fairly flexible with my schedule and able to pick up and drop-off if nearby. I have a 45lb german shephard that is calm when indoors. If weather is nice then I will let the dogs run around in a fenced in yard. I would like to introduce them just to be safe, but my dog is friendly with all dogs.

About: Hi! We are Angelina and Xavior & we are here to be your fur baby’s new favorite sitter! We joined Rover in 2018 & have met so many amazing fur babies & pet parents! I (Angelina) have been taking care of different animals since I was about 9 years old, however as of 5 years ago I’ve started to work with pets in a more professional setting. I love the dog-friendly trails at the Bulb, Marina, Pt Isable and Tilden Park. I also love to take the dogs swimming when possible! I think its important that dogs get socialization time with other dogs, in addition to physical exercis and mental stimulation. About: I have been around dogs my whole life, and taken care of them as well. I am good with animals and am very good at listening and fallowing instructions for them, I love interacting and being active with dogs and will do any number activities with them I have 3 cats so I take care of them when I’m home. And when I’m visiting family I also take care of there pets and that includes dogs and cats. I’m also an animal science minor at UConn so I’m around animals a lot when I’m at school. About: Longtime pet owner of two wonderful canines and previously a cat. I am extremely patient with all animals big or small, young or senior. I am well past the “squeamish” part of being a pet owner. No task is too much! I can take care of basic needs such as feeding, water, “poo patrol”, grooming, and playing. I am willing to go above and beyond to pamper your companions and give you peace of mind! I am currently a student attending Contra Costa College. My morning schedule, I can come in around 9am on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and the weekend. I am typically free daily after 2:15pm and on to take care of your fur babies afternoon or evening needs! I will always let a client know ahead of time whether I have upcoming school projects or whether i’ll be out of town. I believe in strong communication! For my dogs we live in an area with coyotes so we have high fences and no matter how late we monitor them when they are outside. Our front yard is fenced to avoid our dogs running out into the street however, as extra precaution when guests or visitors are outside they are behind their dog fence. Our dogs are crate trained so not only is it their “safe space” it is their sleep space, it is not used as punishment. Inside they have plush bedding and a water bowl. As for our cat, we had screens on windows to avoid him being outside, if he was outside it was on a cat leash, we took note of all the plants in our house whether they were toxic for our pets and we would spray holistic deterrents for our pets especially the cat.

About: Welcome to my Rover page! Over the years I've rescued and fostered and shared my life with many dogs. My home is open to small dogs of all breeds as long as the dog does not require extensive exercise (long runs etc). Regarding specialities, through fostering with Old Dog Haven I became very familiar with the needs of elderly and medically fragile dogs. At this point in my life I only have one dog of my own, and he is small and blind. My home is perfect for older dogs, dogs with disabilities, and/or dogs who just need extra love and attention. I work from home. My neighborhood is safe and beautiful and ideal for walks. I can administer meds and handle complicated feeding schedules. I will love on your pupper as if they were my own. I work from home full-time and never travel for work. Weekdays are all about working in my office with regular breaks for walkies and for play time and for meals. Spending time outdoors with dogs is one of the ways I stay grounded and connected during long days of studying. I take my own dog to Point Isabel every day and especially enjoy relaxed neighborhood walks, outdoor time, and providing calm companionship and consistent care for pets while their owners are away. I approach pet care with patience, attentiveness, and respect for each animal’s unique temperament and nervous system. I’m especially comfortable with anxious, fearful, sensitive, or highly attuned dogs and aim to create an environment that feels calm, safe, and predictable. I pay close attention to body language, pacing, routines, and comfort levels, and I communicate clearly with owners so everyone feels at ease.
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have experience with pitbulls to Portuguese water dogs. Our family will keep your dog engaged and safe! I am currently a stay at home mom. I have plenty of time to take your dog on long walks around our neighborhood. When the whole family is around lots of laughs, chase and fetch will be had. I like to treat your dog the way you treat your dog. If your dog is most comfortable being crated I can easily provide that but if your dog likes to be out and snuggled that can happen too! I do have a fenced yard your dog to roam and explore between walks.

Missy was able to work with her and transitioned well. Now my dog gets excited and happy every time she sees her. Missy is very attentive and follow instructions very well. She asked questions about my dog and was interested in getting to know her and care for her right. I believe her experience in working at shelters is an asset and help her in understanding dogs behavior and making them feel comfortable and cared for. She's also very on time, reliable, and responsible. All in all, I can't recommend her enough. She's just awesome!”

I'm fresh to area and in need of work, so my schedule is pretty open at this timeI'm extremely flexible around your schedule and your (and your fur baby's) needs. Just a heads up, if you are 20+ miles out there will be a extra travel fee. Also if your dog requires special training outside the normal watching that is an extra fee as well. Like any good pet owner I truly treat them with the kindness and respect I'd show any other member of my family. “Our Luna girl stayed with Adam and Julie for over a week and this was herfirst stay with them. We did do a meet and greet a couple months before the actual stay so we had an idea if Luna liked Adam and Julie. Luna is normally a fairly reactive young puppy like adolescent with frequent barking and lungeing at people and dogs that distress her which can be many people and dogs. We went to their home for the meet and greet and Luna was fairly comfortable with Adam and Julie right off the bat. That was definitely a good sign. Two months later and Luna now 2 months older and more mellow has her stay with Adam and Julie. We picked Luna up after our trip and she was happy, playful, and reacted like she had a good stay. Julie and Adam gave us a full report and it seems everything went well. We got a daily picture of Luna sent via text which made us very happy to connect with her. Thanks to Adam and Julie for taking good care of our girl while we were on vacation.”

About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life. I grew up with 4 bigs dogs. Recently I’ve been doing walks on apps, I’ve done over 70+ services ranging from taking care of old pets to very young ones. People always set me as their preferred walker since they love that I listen to their rules and go on long walks with their dogs. For a 60 minute walk I average about 2-3 miles, depending on the dog. I’m currently a student at San Jose State University and I look forward to doing some walks or other services on the weekends when I’m back home, also I can do walks or sittings on the weekdays when I off school. I have a fenced yard, the dogs and cats are allowed in the house and my room. I will make sure to always keep a lookout and have them be where I am at.

About: I absolutely love all animals! Growing up, my family always had a minimum of two dogs at a time. Since I was young, I have been trusted by friends and family members to watch over not only their pets, but their plants as well. As an adult living alone, I have only ever had 1 cat at a time in my home, however, my plant game has grown to a bit of a jungle! On top of taking care of animals, I also LOVE a clean house and I take it upon myself to always leave people’s homes cleaner than I found them in! I’m currently looking to open my own business doing just that: Pet sitting and deep cleaning while folks are out of town. In my opinion, there is nothing better than coming home from a vacation or a work trip to a clean home and a happy animal! I have been working with Meowtel watching cats for the last year and have found it to be exceptionally rewarding. Recently, my sweet cat passed away and I left my demanding job. Due to these circumstances I have decided that since I have the time and opportunity, opening my home to board would be a great way to expand my offerings. I look forward to meeting this community and giving dog (cat, plant, etc.) owners peace of mind while they travel, get stuck working a double, or just want to support their companion with an extra afternoon walk. I left my extremely demanding job in December after my cat got sick. I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible. Since his passing, I have focused on taking care of pets and cleaning homes. This has brought me more joy than any demanding corporate job, and I hope I can continue to work in this capacity for many years in the future. My schedule is very flexible! I am an animal lover living in an animal free home at this moment. Because of this, I am open to boarding. I am not concerned with animals who want to sit on the couch with me or lay on the bed, but I will follow the rules of what they’re allowed to do at home if you prefer that. My home will be their home, and I will do everything to make sure that they feel safe and cared for while in my hands. I’m an active person and love taking long walks and hikes. So, if that’s something that your dog is into, I am happy to schedule an adventure that meets their mileage needs! On the contrary, if you have a small dog or one who just wants to go out for a stroll around the block or to do their business in the grass, I’m happy to do that too! I have a small unfenced side yard to accommodate. I live on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator, so if your pup is not able to do stairs and is too heavy to pick up, my home wouldn’t be a good fit.
