“I was so happy to find Eleanore somewhat last minute. She was great! She was immediately responsive and available for a meet and greet. My old dog has lots of issues. She has digestive problems with special diet instructions and medications. She is also difficult to walk. Eleanore managed her extremely well and my dog was happy and calm upon my return. Eleanore also cared for my formerly feral cat who is not always friendly. I suspect they became friends as cat was also very chill when I arrived. Eleanore left the house perfectly clean. We are so grateful for Michaela and her level of care for our pupper Estrella/Esti while we were traveling! This was our first time using Rover, in the past we had been having our dog stay at local boarding facilities with mixed results. She is more sensitive, prefers to be at home, and appreciates individualized care. Michaela was professional throughout the process, and very responsive to our check-ins while we were traveling, and sent several photos of Esti looking comfortable and happy in her routine, which helped put us at ease. Angelina was absolutely wonderful. She is friendly, responsible, caring, and very professional. I came home to a house that was actually cleaner than when I left, which was such a nice surprise. Most importantly, my dog was happy, safe, and clearly well cared for. She made sure my dog got plenty of walks, stayed on the feeding schedule exactly as instructed, and felt comfortable the entire time. It meant a lot knowing my dog was not only looked after, but genuinely cared for and comforted. Angelina also sent multiple pictures and updates throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate sitter.
Sophia did a great job caring for our dog and cat while we were out of town for a couple nights. We appreciated her proactive and thorough communication and the updates she sent! She bonded quickly with our dog who is not always great with new people. She also gave a lot of tlc to our cat. Our house was spotless when we got home which was so nice to return to! Alyna supported our family by coming in and staying with our two cats who are very different and have different needs for a week. She was very attentive to Fitz and Gretchen and gave them lots of attention, treats, and toys. The house looked great when we came home and the kitties were very healthy and nicely combed. While we were gone, Alyna sent us photos of the cats everyday. It was a pleasure working with Alyna and we look forward to working with her again.

Ida & Travis housesat for us and cared for our elderly cat who has a host of medical issues and a demanding medication regimen.
