About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs for more than 10 years. After growing up with my own rescue pitty I've been trying to fill the void of being pet-less since she passed. I like to take my dogs for frequent walks and engage in play-time when they have extra energy. I've also done cat-sitting for friends and coworkers, from drop-in feeding to house sitting. There's no challenge that I don't feel up to when I get to spend time with your furry children. I'm a recent college graduate who is living at home in Berkeley and working part-time as a substitute teacher. I signed up for Rover not for the money, but to be able to spend more time around cats and dogs while I wait for the perfect time to adopt my own furry children. I'm used to both high-energy and low-energy animals. I'm always the person who befriends street animals so I know how to be patient and earn your animals' trust. I closely follow the owner's instructions to ensure that your animals have the most comfortable stay while they await for your return. Dogs requiring high-energy outings and multiple walks don't deter me. The more the better :)

About: Since I was born, I have had pets running around my house and have been taking care of them for as long as I can remember. Throughout my life, I have had 5 cats and 3 dogs and I know everything there is to know about taking care of them. I will make sure your pets get the same love that my pets get at home. I don't have a job right now so I have plenty of time to hang out with your pets, but I will update my availability when I do find a job. I live in an area with lots of open walking space and places to use the bathroom. There is a park close by with wide open areas that I know pets would love to roam and explore.

Spend the time and you can form an unforgettable relationship! I live in El Cerrito near the BART, so I can get around the area fairly quickly! If you are living in a more complex area or farther away, no problem! I have my own vehicle for hard to reach areas. I have a very flexible schedule that allows for almost all hours and days for your convenience! I'm no stranger to unique personalities and specialized care, treatment, and introduction to new pets and realize that each pet has a different way of building trust and accepting care. About: Growing up my neighborhood was a zoo with cats, dogs, chinchillas, birds, bunnies, chickens, and ducks! My childhood became blind and deaf so I have experience caring for senior dogs with complex conditions. I love all animals at all stages of their lives and it is very rewarding for me. About: I’ve had experience with dogs and cats I’m very familiar with taking care of them and walking them making sure they are okay and what they need. I am currently a college student i work part time I am available weekdays like Tuesdays through Fridays and weekends from 2pm up until 6pm. My workday schedule is very flexible with ample opportunity for several short walks around the neighborhood throughout the day. I live in a 6 bedroom home in North Berkeley, an established grouphouse with 4 other folks in their late 20s. We have a peaceful, fun and stress free home. I have a fenced front hard with enough room for zoomies and easy access for potty breaks. I have a large sunny back deck for dog sunbathing. I also have a working fireplace for warming up the paws during the cold/rainy season. About: For the last four years I’ve lived in a home with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. One was a senior at 13 years old and the other is three. I’ve learned how to adapt to their different needs based on age and personality while setting boundaries and aligning to my Housemate’s desires for their care. (Which has helped me get to know new dogs pretty quickly.) We walk, play and cuddle. When needed I administer medication, feed them, and sometimes cook for them. I look forward to chatting with you about your family’s needs. When house sitting I do not schedule any other families for walks or drop-ins. The care I provide is all inclusive so that your baby gets all of my love and care. If I am not house sitting, I’m available everyday after 11am for walks and drop-ins within a 1 mile radius of lower Rockridge or easily reachable by public transportation. To ensure safety and comfort, I won’t be walking any other dogs outside of your household. I am available to spend time with your pet(s) in their home where they will be the most comfortable.
