I asked Shuanna to watch after Moxie, my cat (7 months old), over about a week during the Thanksgiving holiday season. Shaunna was very attentive to Moxie's needs both physically (food and water bowl filling and cleaning, emptying litter box, etc) and mentally (enrichment through multiple play sessions a day). I was most impressed when Shaunna was willing to accommodate a last minute request to dose Moxie with a medication prescribed by the vet right before I went out of town. While this ask would have intimidated most folks, Shaunna was happy to rise for the challenge and asked insightful questions to make sure she was doing everything right. Moxie is my world (and quite the character), so it was a huge relief to have someone as trustworthy as Shaunna look after her while I was out of town!

Shaunna has taken care of our late elderly cat (19), as well as our current 2 year old cat several times over. the past two years. She has been timely, communicative, and flexible whenever we needed her services. She goes out of her way to spend meaningful time with our kitties, plays with them, and learns all their favorite treats, toys, etc. We wouldn't be able to travel nearly as much without having someone like her to rely on!
