I am working fully remote and because of my position I am able to dedicate lots of time during the week to assisting pet parents when they’re unable to care for their pups. About: Hi everyone, I work in mental/behavioral health and am saving up for graduate school! I am very passionate about animals, especially dogs and cats. I moved to California from the Netherlands a few years ago. I am looking for new pet sitting clients in the East Bay or San Francisco. I can do overnight pet sitting as well as walks or visits during the day. I also live right by Lake Merritt so if you live nearby, I’d love to take your dog on walks around the lake. A full loop around the lake takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes (a little over 3 miles). I can pick up and drop off your dog at your house. I have several years experience in cat sitting as well as several years dog sitting and dog walking (middle-aged Labrador, middle-aged German Shepard mix, and puppy Border Collie). I will start working swing shift in a few weeks so I will be available to pet sit during the morning/early afternoon. I can do overnight pet sitting as well as walks or visits during the day. I can take care of pets at my apartment but I don’t have a backyard so I would take them outside on a leash around the neighborhood or to a park or Lake Merritt.

About: *I only board pets from one home at a time and do not own any pets myself!* I love to jog around Lake Merritt, and I'd be happy to take your fur baby along for a run! I've cared for dogs and cats, healthy and sick, with very specific dietary restrictions and activity needs. I wish I could have my own pet, but since I travel pretty often, this is the next best thing. :-) I’m a Product Manager with a hybrid work schedule. Rest assured, I can easily get from work to home on in-office days for walks/drop-ins if needed. I also work at a dog friendly office. I am available most days for drop-ins 2x/day. On weekday evenings, I typically go on runs (with/without dogs!). Expect many photos of your fur baby while you're away! I'm happy to drop in to check on food, water, litter (for cats), and take your pup on walks. I am very detail oriented, so if you have very particular instructions regarding diet or preferences while outside, you can trust me to follow them. For boarding, I have bowls for water and food as well as doggy waste bags. You would need to provide their food, treats, toys, (litter for kitties), and anything else to make their stay more comfortable!

Alessandro is wonderful! I am a pretty high-maintenance cat mom - obsessed with my kitty, etc. Alessandro was great at quelling my fears at leaving my cat and sending me lots of photos and updates so I could relax while I was away. My cat takes oral medication, so it's very important that she gets it regularly and correctly, and Alessandro was great at understanding the many directions for giving her Rx, vitamins, food, lots of pets, etc. I really appreciated how he took my 6-page document detailing Curly's care in stride. haha. We will absolutely be using him again. Thanks again for caring for Curly!
Liwei took great care of our kitties while we were away! She was very communicative and took the time to send us pictures and updates, she played with them and even washed their bowls. I especially appreciated that she came over before we left to meet the kitties and get a tour of the place and everything they would need while we were away which made it so easy for us. We would definitely book her again!
Jana once again provided incredible care for my two kitties. She is excellent with communication and photos so I never worried about them. Our kitty babies were incredibly comfortable with Jana which says something about the care she provides. Our normally skittish kitties weren’t scared at all! In addition, our home was tidy from cat messes and dishes were clean. I highly recommend Jana for her pet care services!
Liz is the best! This was my second time having her watch Caper and Tiggy, and she took such great care of my boys. She’s super communicative, and I love getting her updates and pictures after each visit. It’s always so nice knowing they’re in good hands while I’m away. I’ll definitely keep booking Liz!
Cameron is the best. I feel so much better knowing he’s there with my boys. It’s nice to get away, but I do miss my kitties and worry that they will be lonely without me. Cameron spent quality time with them and ensured they felt the love while I was away. It was so nice to get his updates and see that they were being well cared for. I highly recommend Cameron.
Fernando was great, and I would definitely book with him again! I was out of the country for two weeks and felt like my two cats were in good hands the whole time. He was very communicative and responsive, and was great about coordinating his visits with the big time difference so I could still get updates while I was away. He followed all of my instructions carefully and took great care of my cats. I would definitely recommend him and book with him again!
We love Rich!!! He recently had drop in visits with our cat Misa for two weeks, and she took to him so well. He would send me pictures everyday and let me know what they were up to as well! He made sure to play with her even though she is a lazy cat, and I believe she really looked forward to visits.
