About: I have taken care of friends and neighbors pets since I was a kid and love to have a fur friend around. Happy to take them out and walk and explore nature. I like to run and hike and bike and a companion on the way is a bonus. They will be greeted with calm warmth and care. I work on trips and when I am home I am home and can be flexible about where I work. This allows me to be present to the pets I care for and to adjust to their needs. I will probably have a run or workout at some point in the day or meet a friend but am quite present. I have a fenced backyard and live by myself in a peaceful quiet space. I enjoy a walk with a fur friend to get out and move and consider it a bonus to have a buddy along.

We also frequently looked after our brother’s French Bulldog, who happily reunited with our Shih Tzu, and a Siberian Husky, along with other family dogs. We have been dog-sitting on Rover for about 3 years. The first two years were under a different account with our mom because of age. So we did it together with our parents and were very happy with both animal and human clientele who were just as happy with our services. We offer a fenced backyard patio and expansive grassy areas within our community, and we're happy to provide photos of the surroundings upon request prior to booking. Alternatively, we can arrange a meet and greet so you can explore our dog-friendly and secure neighborhood firsthand. Our area boasts ample walking spaces and provides poop bags for your convenience. For crate-trained dogs, we recommend bringing their crate to ensure their comfort. Additionally, please bring any items that will help your dog feel at ease and secure during their stay. If your dog requires medication, be sure to bring it along. While we do offer some dog treats, feel free to bring your pup's favorites to ensure they feel right at home. About: Dogs have been in my life since I was a kid, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of looking after dogs with all kinds of personalities and needs: • Gator, my grandma’s goofy orange lab, who loved carrying giant rocks and playing in the water. • A shar-pei with big “Stanley-from-The-Office” energy, who needed daily walks and, later in life, extra care with meals and medication. • My parents’ pitbull, who I raised from the puppy stage and helped train—my most challenging and rewarding experience! These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and how to adapt to each dog’s unique needs. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with dogs (and I think they can tell!). I am currently doing freelance work and studying from home which means If there is WiFi, I am more than happy to stay at a place to be attentive with the pet and also keep them company. When I care for a pet I make sure they feel safe with me in their home, I let them warm up to me and I make sure they know that I am a friend by giving them their favorite treat. I prefer to meet pet before hand. If it’s a dog I avoid other dogs on walks and even if encouraged or recommended, I do not take them to the dog park. When in my care I want them to be safe and I know that can get tricky with other pups so I avoid it all around.

About: For over 13 years, I’ve been taking care of dogs! I have 3 dogs at home myself, a Havanese poodle and two German shepherds! My dogs are on the older side and aren’t able to go on walks as much so I wanted to join Rover. When I’m away from home and miss my dogs, also volunteer at the animal shelter to do doggie day out and bring shelter dogs for walks and a pup cup. I pay careful attention to body language for dogs to make them feel comfortable. I just graduated from UCI so I’ve been readjusting back at home. When I get the chance, I love going out and trying the next big thing! When I’m home, I love playing with my dogs and snuggling up with them because they’re so cute I know safety and trust is the utmost importance so I will be sure to communicate with you if issues were to arise. I make sure that the area is familiar, safe and enclosed before letting a dog off-leash and walks are always on-leash. I have trained multiple dogs to learn basic commands and signals with treats and positive reinforcements.

When I watch in my home, I do have a fenced in yard and easy access for dogs with a dog door. I am great with communication and instructions. About: I had my first dog at nine, but cared for friends and families’ pets before that to prepare myself. I’ve always been good with animals and would be honored to care for yours in your absence. I’m also decent at getting them to take any medication that they might need. I am in between jobs at the moment and have my own transportation so caring for your babies would be at the top of my priorities I will tailor care for your pets based on your needs and preferences. Let me know your pet’s routine so that I don’t disrupt it too much. I will, of course, use crates if needed, and doors and locks will always be checked.
