“It was our first time using rover and we were very hesitant to leave our cat with a stranger. Thankfully we found Michelle (Xinyao)! During our meet and greet, she bonded with our cat within minutes. She was very detailed in understanding our needs and concerns. After each visit, she shared detailed updates, photos and videos. She even accommodated my last minute request for additional visits. I can tell that my cat misses his visits with Michelle. We will be repeat clients for sure!”

About: Owning a dog and cat myself, I know how difficult it can be to find someone to trust with the fur babies. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. I work part time and would love to fill my off days with some puppy playtime. I prefer weekdays and afternoons after my morning walks with my cane corso. You provide the pet and poop bags. I’ll provide the fun. I understand some animals are on strict diets and may have allergies. Coming from someone that has experienced this first hand. You can trust that they will be safe with me.

“Initially I was hesitant about getting a sitter for my weeklong trip as I was not sure how Pie was going to respond to someone else taking care of her. I was drawn to Susan's detailed and caring profile and I had a suspicion that it would be a reflection in her care (it is :) ). We had an initial meeting and we connected very well where we talked for hours. She is a kind and caring person and is enthusiastic about making sure that the pet and human is most comfortable with the care and communications. Everyday I was sent many photos and videos as updates and it was wonderful to see how happy Pie was to have her company, even on the first day! I was surprised as my cat is so timid and shy with everyone else but Susan was able to gain Pie's trust right away. I was able to see how excited Pie was to see her everyday, and she even drooled from happiness! When I came back from my trip, Pie was as happy as a clam and the apartment was exactly the same as I left it. Susan was also able to accommodate any last minute requests that I had. The communication and care that she gives is above and beyond what I imagined and I will definitely be only booking her for any future trips I may have.”

About: I have over 30 years experience caring for animals, pet sitting, and dog walking. I also have veterinary technician schooling experience. All in all, I just love animals! I teach during the weekdays and can pet sit after 3:30 pm on weekdays, M-F. I have open availability for weekends with 72 hours advance notice. I strive to care for your pet/pets the way you would care for them. Whatever feed schedule walk routine, or other activities your pet requires and enjoys is what I will do for your pet!
