About: My family has had our dog Scooby since he was 3 weeks old and he is now 6 years old. I’ve trained him since he was young how to behave and he knows plenty of tricks too! I also used to dog sit/babysit for family members often. I currently have an internship and am busy Tuesdays-Thursdays but I’m available on Mondays, Fridays, and weekends when needed. My schedule can be flexible so let me know and I might be able to accommodate! I prefer to travel to clients within the East Bay Area. Naomi was great with our dog, Lulu! I needed someone to walk Lulu while my husband was out of town, since I’m not great on my feet. She came twice a day as scheduled and is very pleasant! Lulu can be a little temperamental with new people, and she only refused to go a couple of times toward the end, which had everything to do with her missing my husband (her person, lol) and not Naomi. I will book with her again next year, if she’s available!
Angelica walked my 2 dogs this week while I was out of town and my husband, who works overnight, was asleep. I was worried as my dog Cali can be a bit feisty to new people but she seemed to warm up to Angelica very fast! Both dogs seemed to have a great time on their walls from the pictures Angelica shared with me. She is communicative, responsive, and responsible, and we will definitely book with her again!
This was my first time having Gagandeep walk my dog, but I will surely use him again! He was on time, prompt, pleasant to talk to and got on fine with my dog! Highly recommend him! Might also add that my dog is not small. He is a big, energetic dog! And he came home happy and tired -- which is what I hoped for!
Charlie did an amazing job taking care of Nova! He was so encouraging and patient with her, helping her feel comfortable enough to go to the bathroom during their walk. He took her on a lovely, calm walk where she was able to relax, explore, and get some good exercise. By the time they got back, Nova was completely tired out in the best way—happy, settled, and ready to go right to sleep. You can tell Charlie really cares about the pets he looks after and makes sure they feel safe and well cared for. I would definitely trust him again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
