About: I had my first dog at nine, but cared for friends and families’ pets before that to prepare myself. I’ve always been good with animals and would be honored to care for yours in your absence. I’m also decent at getting them to take any medication that they might need. I am in between jobs at the moment and have my own transportation so caring for your babies would be at the top of my priorities I will tailor care for your pets based on your needs and preferences. About: Dogs have been part of my life for almost as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs, and my parents bred and showed Dobermans, so I was surrounded from an early age by thoughtful, consistent dog care and training. With only a few gaps during college and early adulthood, I've had a dog by my side throughout my entire life. I'm currently a dog owner myself, and my dog is very much part of my everyday life. That's also how I approach boarding. Rather than caring for a large group of dogs, I prefer to host one guest at a time so they can settle into our household and receive plenty of individual attention, companionship, walks, play, and affection. I'm home much of the day, so a visiting dog isn't routinely left alone for long stretches. I believe dogs respond best to patience, consistency, clear boundaries, positive interaction, and lots of affection. I also know every dog has its own personality, habits, and comfort level, so I want to learn what makes your dog feel safe and at home. My goal is simple: while you're away, your dog gets to live as a beloved member of the household rather than feeling like they're being sent away to boarding. I work primarily from home, and my own dog is already my near-constant companion, so caring for another dog fits very naturally into my daily life. When I board a dog, my intention is for them to join our household and our routine rather than spend long stretches of the day alone. That means plenty of companionship, regular walks and outdoor time, play, relaxation, and, when it's appropriate for the individual dog, coming along with us on dog-friendly outings. I take my own dog with me frequently and am happy to do the same with a guest who enjoys it. Most importantly, I adjust the routine to the dog. Some dogs love being out and about; others are happiest relaxing somewhere familiar and quiet. During their stay, I pay attention to what makes them comfortable and adapt accordingly. I want each dog in my care to feel safe, included, and genuinely at home while their family is away. Safety starts with making sure a dog is a good fit for our home. Before a first stay, I prefer to meet with you and your dog and introduce them to my dog so we can make sure everyone is comfortable together. I strive to understand your dog's normal routine, personality, feeding and walking schedule, house rules, medications or special needs, and anything that makes them anxious, excited, or especially happy. I follow your instructions and try to keep familiar routines consistent while adapting to what I observe during the stay. I host only one guest dog at a time, which allows me to give them plenty of individual attention and closely monitor how they're settling in. I use leashes and secure handling outdoors, keep food and other potential sources of conflict managed carefully, and never assume that two dogs who get along well don't still need thoughtful supervision. Most importantly, I pay attention. Dogs communicate constantly through their behavior, and I want to notice when a guest is relaxed, uncomfortable, tired, excited, or needs something different. My goal is to provide a safe, calm home where your dog can become part of the family while they're in my care.

About: Hello, I've had dogs my whole life. I currently have one little Frenchie and sometimes help with my daughter’s father’s dog training facility. I’m open to walking and boarding dogs if needed. I currently work from home and live right by a huge dog friendly park. Very easy to take them out as I already take mines out about 4 or 5 times a day. I live in a one story house with a fenced yard and your fur babies are free to roam around or which ever you prefer.

About: I love playing with dogs! They are so fun to play with. Of course, I do make sure they are well fed and that they’ve gone on their walks. I like to make sure their feeding area is clean so that they don’t pick any germs or parasites and get sick. If they have medication to take, I will happily give it to them without any fear of them potentially biting me or being a bit aggressive. I am free at various times. I do attend university, so I may be unavailable at certain times. However, I am happy to work with you and your pet at whatever time is best. I like to ask questions regarding their pets routine, conditions, etc. It helps me get to know more about the owner as well as their companion. I will always make sure their pet feels safe and that they can trust me. I like to greet myself with pets by holding my hand out for them to smell so that I can pet them with their permission.

About: I am a ER/ICU vet assistant who worked at an emergency vet hospital. I have been working in veterinary medicine for almost 10 years. My main priority is keeping pets safe but also keeping them happy and monitoring their wellbeing. I will be watching their behavior and keeping up with them to make sure they have the best care from me since they are apart of your family. From my animal care background, I will know if there is any distress or additional attention needed. I am familiar with medications, giving medications, and other animal health care needs. If there is an emergency, I am able to handle the situation as necessary. I hold it to the highest standard knowing I am left with that responsibility. I’m currently in school for a few hours a week so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups and give lots of love to your kittens! I’m available most weekdays all day except for Mondays and Wednesdays from 12pm-3pm. I have one small senior dog who is not aggressive to other pets. If needed, I can still keep your pup separate from mine. I also have a 5 year old daughter who takes after her mom and LOVES pets but I am always able to set boundaries if needed.
